After speaking with several men from this company, explaining the problem I was having, Cate was the ONLY person who actually listened and solved the problem. All of the male reps continued to lead down the rabbit hole and NOT solve the problem. Cate solved the problem. She was kind, not condescending and by listening she quickly assessed and solved the issue

I get phone calls on a daily basis from companies wanting to sell me something. The phone call I received from Jeff Hammaker at Homes.com was more about his ability to help me to get started. This call was different! Jeff helped me to customize a plan to fit my budget. This call wasn't about how to take something from the consumer. It was all about helping me. Jeff EARNED my business!

I called to request that a zip code be changed, because that is what my sales account mgr told me to do. Cust. Service said they could check with supervisor and call back next day. Never heard another word. So my issue has never been resolved. My office is moving from ******* to *******, so I would like to rearrange my services accordingly.

Ebony went above and beyond to help me get signed up for a second time. I could not move forward the first time we talked but she promised to followup with me in a few months and she did. She also made it possible for me to be able to side up this time by providing me with an affordable option. I really appreciate the fact that she was not a pushy sales person.
