Customer Service was responsive & helpful! Unfortunately, for one postal code, the leads received were mainly for mobile homes. Also, there were requests for additional info on homes that were already pending. The preferred postal code of *******, generated no leads.

I am very disappointed with the service. I would like to get a refund and cancel or to have my account fixed where I actually receive leads. I received 1 lead and it was a young girl who did not speak English.

I received my first lead on Wednesday and was very surprised to find the lead went out to all homes.com agents in my zip code. I thought the leads would be exclusive, in other words like Zillow. When they send a lead they send it to one agent and the leads are rotated among the agents. VERY disappointed

I can't speak of how well the service itself is yet. As far as the customer service, I must say that Brennan was wonderful to deal with. I had a really bad experience with one of their competitors that I am still dealing with. He understood and came off as very personable and real. Honestly, with the experience I had with the other company, there was absolutely no way I was going to be trying anything like this again. Brennan was able to change my mind (for now). He explained the service he offers extremely thoroughly and friendly without a song and dance. So far this has been a completely different experience already. I hope it stays that way. Brennan was great to work with and I look forward to working with him going forward!

Tutorial is to detailed, it's very clear what is supposed to go in these boxes. You should more so explain how to utilize your leads and turn them into closings. The actual profile should be a quick run through. This meeting today makes me anxious to see potential business. If this program does well I'd be willing to advance my package.

Marcus was great. He directed my call right away to the right person. Then I spoke with Rick who was fantastic. My issue though was what I went through to try to fix my website and all of the wrong information that was on my houses listed. They promised to fix it and call me back. I asked to speak with a manager, 2 weeks later i am still waiting for that call back. I had a website for many many years and I expected better service that that. So because of that, I had no choice but to leave.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
