Ms. Benson was outstanding. Her customer service was above average excellent. Because of her I added additional locations and everyone I speak to I tell them about the great team member working at Homes.com. She is truly a keeper and very informative.

While I'm getting quite a few inquiries most are unable to transact due to bad credit or bad rental histories. So, far I've had one completed transaction for which I am very happy.

Customer service is fantastic. I gave it only 4 stars because I have never received any leads to list or buy, just rental leads.

Dion kept in contact with me over the course of several months. He was very patient and a terrific listener. He sent me information that I requested and answered my questions as I asked them. I really did not want to sign up for another leads generating subscription, but Dion tailored it to my budget. He is a valuable source at Homes.com.

Never heard back from the person I was sent that inquired about something. Via phone call or even an email. As For Homes.com, I am not a fan at all now. I figured during the summer months would be the best time to give this a try and this one response is all that I have gotten and I even pay for a month ad. I will be withdrawing my contract as soon as it is up. Never had such a poor response

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
