Do not sign up... do not fall for their promises of "great opportunities". No one is looking for homes on homes.com. I signed up to 3 zip codes. ZERO leads from one zip code after a month. ONE fake lead from each other zip code and several investors enquiring about real estate agents contact information. NOTHING real. I get texts from investors on a weekly basis and don't need to pay to find people who want cheap deals and fixer uppers. Homes.com is unknown to real consumers. They take advantage of agents. They are not proving a service to agents, they are using agents to stay in business themselves.
