Loved the honesty your company provided on the program
Have not gotten the quality and qualifying leads expected. I don't like the disconnect of the communication between me as agent and concierge services. No consistency.
Just signed up - looking forward to getting leads.
Keith was very helpful, but what really sold me was the special pricing & being able to get in on a ZIP-code that I really want. Thanks.
First 3 month All leads were bad. No pick up, not interested, or credit score way too low. The majority of the leads did not answer the phone. I was told I would get 10 - 12 Leads a month and that did not happen.
Customer service great with handling all my questions.
I have got a few leads but they have not been serious except one and he has to have a certain area and can only spend a certain amount so it is challenging.
I'm looking forward to a great experience! Ebony Pittman is great at explaining the services!
Talk to Carlton and he will tell you how good he is.
Eugene Little is a great sales person, He makes using HOMES.COM worth the money that I send on may business
Edward is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and persistent with good manner. Thanks Edward.;-) Blessings
We had a problem with emails coming through but Anthony hung in there and together we worked it out. Anthony had a ton of Patience. Great person to work with.
Maria is easy to work with and has changed my opinion of Homes.com. It has been a pleasure.
Be aware of Homes.com. I signed up 6 months contract to purchase leads. I hardly got any good leads so have requested them to cancel the contract. They made me on hold for hours. Then they told me to punch numbers in so they can call me back. They never called me back. I submitted a cancelation request via online. Then they keep charging me monthly. They automatically renewed my account for another 6 months. I called them 3 times today. They transfered me to the cancellation department again and did nothing to help me. I wish there is a negative 1 start so I could rate them. I regret to give them 1 star services. Please do not ever buy lead from them. It is just the money you throw it into an ocean. I do not know why this company event exists.
Thomas Coates has been very informative and patient. I swore that I would never sign up with Homes.Com again but he has been great so I am giving you another try!
Trent was awesome! Very personable and pleasant to talk to!
Amber was excellent! Very great with follow-through.
Excellent! Already converted 2 of my first 5 leads to sales.
Good so far! I enjoyed the presentation yesterday.
Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
