I agreed to try HOMEs.com for three months and called to tell them I was not getting legit leads. They changed the number because what I was getting was marketing calls. It continued so I called way ahead and asked for them to cancel my account over and over. (6times) They charged for 4th month and have yet to resolve the issue.
My rep Dina is AWESOME. However the leads so far are kind of flakey. I know internet leads usually are... but we will see.
Money is totally awesome to work with. Very professional and informative. She keeps me posted on new products and services. She is a gem to work with.

I have had Homes.com for well over 2 years. I have only received 1 via client from the first 1.5 years. It was an excellent transaction! Recently I had it for 3 months and I didn't get any viable leads. I am trying it again today for the next 3 months. If I don't get any viable leads that will be my last time trying the service.
Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
