This company will scam you out of your money. There have been multiple complaints against this company. I purchased a single report and then 2 weeks later I was charged for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for. If they get your credit card information you will get charged for a monthly subscription. Good luck getting a refund or getting them to cancel the subscription.

Still did not answer question as to fair market vale now

Pretty straightforward. Was well organized. The saving grace was the chance to contact a live real estate agent and get a single question straightened out.

I expected my report to be a little more in depth and detailed, what I received I could have gotten myself

I felt it was expensive for what you charged. You should have given the information without the upgrade cost. Would not use you again.

Very good experience with Home Reports. Good accurate information for a reasonable price.

Your making me mad I don't even have a chance to look at it and you butt in place give us a chance to look first.

I needed the names of adjacent homeowners to a rental property I purchased so that I could get the information to the zoning board. Since some of those properties were also rentals, I could not contact the owners easily. This website provided what I needed quickly and at a reasonable rate.

Give me my report that I paid for even if you email to me

Site initially appears to offer good value but then fails to deliver unless one agrees to a further more expensive report. Did provide some information but not much more than that available on Zillow for free.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of information that was made available.

Annoying rate your experience page over property report

Only flaw is I entered wrong address and it went through the payment process... used on line chat help to resolve. Excellent service
