I went to USREALTYREPORTS.COM, and signed up for the 1 day report option because I only wanted the information on MY house. Next thing I know I have 2 charges from HOUSEREPORTS.ORG (AL) & PROPERTYDATAUSA.COM (CA) for $18.95 each... BOTH resulted from that 1 time on USREALTYREPORTS.COM. So I contacted the customer support noted on my charge for housereports.org, advise that I NEVER signed up for more that the 1 report, directed them to cancel whatever accounts they had set up for me immediately & reverse the charges. They apologized and reversed the charges immediately. I thought I was done with them until I saw another charge of $19.95 for HOMEREPORTS.ORG *******146 on the same credit card, this time a different name, phone number and now out of UT. Based on my last experience, I absolutely had not used another one of these sights, so this had to be just another one of their companies. I double checked my account for last month & found they had also charged me the same last month, but I missed that one. I contacted HOMEREPORTS.ORG and advised them that I NEVER signed up for their "services" nor authorized them to charge my account. I also advised that I had previously addressed this same situation with them about 1.5 months ago, and that they had already reversed the previous charges and closed the 2 accounts they had set up without my authorization with HOUSEREPORTSCHECK.COM AND PROPERTYDATAUSA.COM. They denied any relation to those other companies and that they had no record of my account being closed or any prior reversal of charges... however, I NEVER went on to any other such sites nor signed up for any services. This company is operation under different names, in different states and taking your credit card info and running with it. They did agree to "cancel" the account I never authorized and reverse all of the charges... however, I will be monitoring my account for further charges from some other related company. BEWARE, THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM, THAT KEEPS ON SCAMMING!
