This company lacks any customer service at all. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a sink, when I finally got it, it was the wrong sink. I wanted a bar sink, they send a full size sink.

I requested a return authorization and then the hell started.

Their return policy is a 25% stocking fee of the total purchase price, which is just a total rip off to the unsuspecting consumer.

I did not read there return policy, and that is my fault. I order stuff all the time online, and have never experienced such a poor policy and poor service.

They also tried to scam me saying they didn't receive the return after 4 weeks. Thank god for FedEx tracking or I'd of lost even more money.

I made several emails, and they ignored requests and stated they didn't get the return.

This company makes a mockery of online shopping and i hope and pray they go bankrupt.

Buyer Beware

Horrible experience! I bought a sink it was damaged when I opened the box and they would not ship me a new sink right away to be able to finish my countertops. I will never buy from this company again. This is why people buy on Amazon because you have to follow guidelines and this company doesn't.

Hi,

This damage was not reported on time and even after that, a damage claim was filed with the carrier. When it was approved a replacement sink was added for you free of cost.

I ordered a toilet from Homeperfect.com and a couple of days later I called to cancel the order because we decided to order a different toilet. They said no problem as the item probably had not shipped yet but if it did ship they said to refuse delivery. One month later they finally issued a refund for 52% of the price I paid for the toilet. I told them that their restocking fee was unreasonable as it was significantly higher than any other site I have ever ordered from and requested that the refund be adjusted. They declined to adjust the refund. They clearly do not want repeat customers. Buy from them at your own risk... buyer beware.

Worst experience ever in dealing with an online purchase. Adam was great at first when taking the order, but would never call back when i had questions. Bought a Toto freestanding tub and 3 Toto toilets. The wrong drain kit and overflow valve shipped with the tub and they never took care of it. Adam said to go find it and buy it and they would credit us back. We researched and found it, but they never gave us the credit back. This delayed our bath remodel for 2 weeks. The tub was also received Damaged and took forever to get them to agree to anything. We found out that they tried to repair it and sell it as new. I finally had to have the tub repaired and sent them an invoice. I didn't like having to repair a tub I just spent thousands of dollars on. It will never be the same." They say they will help at first but never return calls or do what they say. They offered no other compensation for all the hassle and delays we encountered.

I ordered a sliding shower door from homeperfect.com and it has been the worst online purchase experience I have ever gone through. First of all, they do not have 24/7 support. And when I did call the customer support number, I got someone didn't speak any English. Even worse, I was told the product was supposed to ship on numerous occasions over the course of 2 MONTHS! Now frustrated, I tried to get a refund and apparently I am at the mercy of the manufacturer they use because they had to request for a cancellation notice from the manufacturer. Also, google wasn't very helpful in protecting the order even though its a "google trusted store," they just want me to repeat the same exact process I have already done ten times to obtain my refund. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully all goes well and they get my money back. We'll see!

The site has the best prices out there and normally if items is in stock it arrives in good condition and quickly. If you do need to return something though, that is another story. First, there is a 25% restocking fee, it will take forever to get money back and they have absolute morans working as customer service reps. Their communication skills are absolutely horrible and they hardly speak english! Welcome to the world of outsourcing!

So, only buy if you know exactly what you need and expect no service if anything goes wrong with the order.

We bought a $400 Blanco double basin undermount sink from Homeperfect.com. Within a month of it being installed under our granite counters it began to rust! We contacted customer service, sent photos of the rusted sink and asked if this product was a knock off or just defective and what we can do. They took weeks to reply, were completely unhelpful and rude and basically told us we needed to remove the sink (would ruin the granite & cost thousands of $$$$) no offer of a discount refund or anything. Bad products, horrible customer service. Buyers Beware!

Homeperfect.com has a low price guarantee on their website but after talking to a sales manager, he said that they don't always honor it. He also said the marketing department doesn't always know what they are doing. Homeperfect if you want to be around in the furture than do not allow everyone that answers the phone their to determine company policy. Anymore one star reviews and you will be out of business. Go to Homedepot and see how they handle their low price guarantee. No Hassle. You lost my business now try to learn from this and make the necessary changes that are needed.

I saved a ton on my remodel! What helped, was live chatting with Christy with my full list of part numbers on hand. She quickly priced me out and they were the absolute lowest. I saved so much I was able to splurge more on nicer wood floors and tiles.

My contractor was the one who told me about this delightful website. It was so easy to use. I used it on my phone while laying in bed. I joined the perfect members club and its free to do that. Once you log in everything is like half the price lol. I will tell my mother about this website next

Bought a nice new sink and needed the matching grid and drains. On the right it showed me which items other customers purchased. All the prices were so cheap I figured why not. It all came so fast, online is the way to go

Blanco sink

I was very worried when I read all of the negative reviews about home perfect. I ordered a blanco sink on Saturday, had tracking info on following Tuesday, delivery on Wednesday. Sink was in perfect condition... No problems and less than a week from order to receiving.

Purchased light fixtures online and my credit card was charged immediately. However, the items are not in stock and my request to cancel the order has not been acknowledged. I have tried several times to contact their customer's service but cannot reach anyone and emails are not answered as well. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

We ordered the Grohe ******* Chrome Relexa Plus Wall Supply Elbow With 1/2" Connection from Home Perfect. To their credit, the shipment came very quickly. Unfortunately, they gave us the wrong finish. The finish was completely different from what was shown on their website. We spoke with their representative (Calvin) at length on the phone asking for either a store credit or refund. They flat out refused citing store policy.

They posted misleading information on their website and refused to do right by their customer. Sad. Never again.

I bought a combo fireclay sink and semi pro faucet, said it was in stock, shipped right away, and I saved a ton. The kitchen really looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend this website to all my friends.

Lost the heater I ordered in transit and did not try to fix things until 4 weeks later, after numerous emails and phone calls, by re-shipping another. This heater was also bungled by Home Perfect's shipper, AM Trucking. Home Perfect's response to me this time was to just cancel the order and refund my money which I did not ask for. I needed this heater and their service to me was just terrible. Do not do business with this company. They have no idea want customer service means.

Ordered a water heater at a very low price over another with a time limited sale. A couple days later they canceled my purchase and pointed to some mistake "policy". Annoying but not the end of the world and they corrected the online price.

A month or 2 later, same unit reappears with same price. Same result.

These people are using pricing they won't honor to drive traffic to their site, wasting buyer's time and opportunity. Avoid them so they stop misusing search utilities!

First of all, I loved the low prices. But what really helped me out was the responses I got to questions when choosing the right replacement boiler for my home. They recommended Green Mountain as an alternative to my existing Steam Boiler and I'm really pleased with the performance and price.

Scam and unprofessional
December 7, 2018

Took money off my bank card and it was given out by someone else and sent me the product witch I didn't need and it was the wrong thing anyway and it was sent right back that same day. She took 689.00 out of my bank account and when I file a police report she try to put my money back but only 200.00 and kept 470.00 don't know for what I don't have no product and didn't give permission to use my card now I'm going to get a lawyer and sued her if anyone else is done like this I would talk to a lawyer and sued her that my little girl Christmas money I not giving no free money and I don't even have the product. This person need to be put out of business

I went to a showroom over the weekend and they showed me new products from grohe and kohler but the rep smelled bad and was so pushy. Like come on man maybe stop being so aggressive. Anyway he didnt even matter because went I went on homeperfect the entire order was half of what he quoted me. That guy needs a new job! It's not like he knew any more about the products, because when I called to place my order she knew everything!
