I ordered a 24" x 12" x 5 foot duct on Thursday 12-14 that I needed by 12-22. Plenty of time since they say in stock items ship in 1-2 days and it is a local truck delivery. I was contacted by a trucker on Thursday 12-21 saying he had my item out front. But then he realized that "they screwed up the paperwork" and he had a boiler for someone else, not my duct.

There has been no further communication about this.

Will I ever receive it?

I cannot recommend anyone to deal with this company, ever.

Everything went perfectly with my order. The medicine cabinet was in stock as stated on their website, was received quickly (within days), and was in perfect, brand new condition. I could not be happier. Thank you!

Faucet spray attachment was correct part, but leaks water from the sprayer when faucet is turned on, and is quite expensive. Although the leak is some product defect, probably an "O" ring issue within the sprayer. It's a very expensive part, and disappointing to have received one that is defective.

Ordered a discontinued model Kohler pedestal (not including sink basin).

Customer service called (left message) AND emailed me to confirm that I understood what I was ordering. Actually spoke with a real person!

Pedestal just arrived via fedex in a large box, inside of a VERY WELL foamed box was an original Kohler box - still stapled in place. Original Kohler foam was disintegrating into dust, but shipping foam kept everything together.

Prompt shipping, exactly as ordered.
Not a scratch, or crack in sight.

My computer auto filled my address with the state of our old residence but had the city and zip code right. They called me to confirm the right address before shipping. Unit was a perfect replacement for a worn out unit. Highly recommend this place and will use them for future needs when they have what I'm looking for.

I have tried with this site many times. I order and my order never arrives, so I call and receive excuse after excuse about late delivery. Once, my order simply never arrived. I spoke with a manager another time and the man seemed completely unaware about his stock and the promised services. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone or even wish this service upon my worst enemies. It's that bad. Clearly, it's an organization that fronts as a legitimate business and is run by charlatans with no absolutely no concern for their customers or services. Take your money elsewhere or you will regret it.

I recently bought a new granite kitchen sink with a tap. The prices are great, and the quality is outstanding. Indeed, the prices are significantly lower compared with the other stores I checked. The only thing is that you need to know the dimensions in advance before picking anything!

I had ordered the same from Build.com and it was on backorder and more expensive. I canceled the order, then found the sink on home perfect. Not only was it more affordable WITH personal outreach and prompt communication related to delivery and the delivery person carried everything to my garage. 5 Star experience

I ordered a Delta kitchen 9192-DST Addison Venetian Bronze faucet after searching online and finding Home Perfect to have the best price with the most "overall good ratings" My experience was excellent. I called to check availability for my item and proceeded to order it per telephone. The representative was courteous, pleasant and efficient. They sent an email confirmation and my item arrived in two days via FedEx as promised. (this is particularly impressive given the weather issues in the East) Everything was as expected. It was a new item in the original Delta box with all of the components present. I will definitely shop with Home Perfect again. The price was one of the lowest and with free shipping and no sales tax I saved about $50.00 on this item.

This site has low prices and the low prices come with zero customer service. I ordered my items via a sales "adviser" and he was super responsive before i paid for my purchase; after they took my money, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. Their advisers are nothing but a bunch of sales people, don't take any advice from them because they are not very knowledgeable. If you order the wrong item, good luck getting them to own up to their mistake. If you call customer service and leave them a message, no one will call you back. You have to keep calling them like a stalker until you get someone on the phone.

PROS: prices are lower than the competition
CONS: zero customer service, poor communication, 25% restocking fee for returns

Bought several thousand dollars worth of products from the site, and worked with Christy. She's great, answered all emails (which was a lot because this was my first remodel) and she called me after the products were installed to make sure everything was working great. I saw a lot of negative reviews but decided to take the chance. After this test run, I'm about to spend another $3000-$4000 on my kitchen and other bathroom remodel with Home Perfect.
