Amazing Chandelier!

This chandelier was WORTH IT! I am so excited every time I see it in my new bathroom :) It was easy to put together and my contractor stated easy to install.
The ball in the middle is real crystal, so I see rainbows when direct sunlight hits it. It is just beautiful and exactly what I was looking for!

"This is a horrible company.
I ordered for $1000 two hansgrohe items as they had competitive pricing on Feb 7th.
On Feb 11th I send them an e-mail to cancel it as the item was back ordered, although they charged my credit card immediately for the full amount.
I called them on Feb. 12 to make sure the order was cancelled and after several attempts to find out what was going on they told me the day after I called that I cant cancel it as it has just shipped from Hansgrohe directly.
I just got the package today and surprise, they sent the wrong item and the second item I ordered is missing altogether.
I sent an e-mail to their service and I am waiting for an answer but already expect the worst, I am contemplating taking legal action.
Lesson learned, don't get tempted by the cheap prices they post on their web site, they will ruin your project and cost you more."

My name is mr jason edwards, im the verger of christchurch, bury mcr, i was asked last yr to to see if i would do a contract with this company+video all payments+transactions+how i was spoken to +treated+also how long i waited to pay at the counter when the 2 stafff, well dindt want my cash, i have waited just me for 10mins, with no other customers around+staff chatting, the laptop i bought, wasnt what was told, when my lets say gaffer looked at the laptop he said was a no no, its still in storage, my payments run out in october, all video footage on how ive been treated in store will be to view before xmas ive been told online, thank you for reading, mr jason edwards

Moen 7594BL Arbor One-Handle Kitchen Faucet. This is a gorgeous faucet! It is sleek looking, has the pull out sprayer and does not show water spots. I remodeled my kitchen and what an improvement over my old faucet! I have the soap dispenser to match. The plumber said they were easy to install and are of excellent quality. I love the way they both look, one complimenting the other, along with my new sink and counter top. Would highly recommend Moen products. Thanksa lot

This company does not respect their customers.

I ordered a faucet online, the product was backordered. When I finally did received the order, it was an older model that did not have the features listed on the webpage. I told HomePerfect of their mistake and I would need to return the product. HomePerfect informed me it was my mistake and I could pay restocking, return postage and some other bogus fee. I declined their insult of an offer and contacted PayPal. I then get a phone call from HomePerfect, maybe there was a warehouse mistake. Too late HomePerfect, I want my money back and PayPal agrees with me. I get my money back and you pay for return postage.

Home Perfect has TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order on-line over 3 weeks ago. It is impossible to get a straight answer regarding the status of the order. All I know is that it has not shipped. Their customer service team WILL NOT help you if you order on-line. You should call to place your order if you intend to order from this merchant and want to follow up on the status of your order. We ended up canceling our order and buying from another retailer. They will NEVER have our business or recommendation after the terrible treatment we received.

We bought a $2500 fireplace for installation in the home we are having built. The fireplace was put in my contractors shop until it was needed in the course of construction (construction has been on going for 8 months). Upon completion of installation we had one 48 flue section that we didnt need. I called Home Perfect and manager told me no returns after 30 days from order date. I explained we had no way of knowing we didn't need the flue section until the fireplace was installed about 4 months after ordering. Manager said tough. No return allowed. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Listen to the other reviewers - we are having the EXACT SAME issues! Ordered three items that were "in stock, and 1-2 days ship". Guess what? Its been TWO WEEKS and no word from anyone, have sent atleast one email. Like the previous person said, we were charged instantly - and found out immediately after that "the items weren't available in their warehouse". WTF?!

We do lots of online business every month, and so far this has been the worst. Stay the h3ll away from these guys!

BUYER BEWARE
April 28, 2020

I purchased a kitchen sink from this company, which arrived severely damaged. There is a disclaimer at the bottom shipping email which states the item must be inspected within 2 days for damage. If you are viewing this on an IPad, you will never see it unless you scroll completely to the bottom. I missed it and my builder took longer than that to open the box, so Home Perfect refused to replace it, even after I ordered an identical sink from them in a panic to keep my build on schedule. Home Perfect blamed the shipper for the damage, but since they could not recoup their loss, they told me I was out of luck, $300 gone. When I asked to speak to supervisors at a higher level, the request was refused. When I asked for the company's owner information, I was refused. Their final email to me was that they were a small business and could not incur the loss, so beware, any loss will be yours as the customer. They did not even offer a discount on the second sink I purchased, obviously not concerned about customer satisfaction. Will never to business with them again.

BUYER BEWARE. This website is a NON-AUTHORIZED DEALER. What does this mean to you? You WILL NOT get a valid manufacturers warranty on your purchases though they will advertise such. Most likely you are getting a damaged item, missing parts, second hand merchandise, bait and switch, or fake items. I have confirmed with several manufacturers that they are a NON-AUTHORIZED dealer.

Just like everyone elses -- can't get ahold of anyone, no emails returned, and even though I had send their service tickets in to cancel order they sent package now they claim I will be charged a restocking fee -- I refused delivery with FED EX and am disputing charge with AMEX rude awful customer service

On the coupon page I saw a coupon code ROBERN20 for 20% Off Robern Bath Cabinets, and I used it. Golly I can't believe it was that deep of a discount. The deepest ive seen in all of the internet. I used the money to take the wife out for a fish fry. Happy wife happy life ya hearrrrrr me!
