Purchased a sleeper couch with storage from Homary and was sent a damaged and defective couch. When I contacted Homary to return and get a full refund, Homary refused to send a return label and issue a full refund. Homary tried offering deals for a partial refund and for me to keep a defective couch I can't use. Consulted with my lawyers and settles with Homary for an 80% refund and Homary kept 20%. Homary will scam you with high priced defective, poor quality items and refuse to send you a return label and issue a FULL refund.
I was very anxious about my order taking so long Contacted Helpline and got Jenny to assist me. The clock was a gift but the occasion has passed now. I am not happy with my after sale experience with my 2 vanity orders. The first vanity has a missing piece of the wood # 32 & I never received it after back and forth follow up. Customer service was fine but it never got delivered until today. The second vanity order, he actual vanity table is missing. There's 4 deliveries in 1 order for USD 459. They asked me to have options to return or partial refund. I opted for partial refund and was told to have a refund of $100 for the actual vanity table that is missing. It has to be more than $100.00 since I don't even have the actual item until now.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Vina when I ordered a TV console. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged, but Vina handled everything like a pro. The process of getting a replacement was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their customer service team was super responsive and genuinely concerned about making things right. They quickly arranged for a new console to be sent out and made sure it arrived at the perfect time. I was really impressed with how efficiently they managed everything and kept me updated throughout. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, Vina turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a breeze. I'd definitely recommend them for their excellent service and hassle-free process!
