The service was outstanding. I had to ship several items back, not in regards to anything Western Emporium had done. My account was credited in a timely matter and additional items I ordered arrived as quickly. I would be happy to do business with them again in the future. I would recommended them as well.
Outstanding customer service! I had second thoughts about a size of garment ordered and when I contacted customer service to correct my mistake they were friendly, Professional and very efficient.
My order was received in an unbelievably short amount of time and all the items were of outstanding quality and value.

One item appears to have an issue with size labelling. Whilst I ordered a size M product I received a size L product marked as size M. As the product was a cap with direct inch dimensions for diameter and circumference related to the designations M, L and XL the error is easily verifiable

I like the hat - comfortable, cool and keeps the sun off my face and neck. I would suggest that the sweat band in front have a means of removal for laundry purposes.
