I had mis-keyed my address in the order entry and was promptly contacted by the store to have me double check the address. When I called to get it corrected, the staff was very friendly and courteous and took care of the change right away! My order was fulfilled very quickly (within hours) and was shipped the same day as I ordered. Excellent service and speed and the vest was exactly as shown on the site! I purchased 2 pairs of brushed cotton trowsers. Highest quality, and much better than I expected. Follow the suggestions on the sizing chart and you will have no problems... they fit perfectly.

The prices are reasonable and the customer service is actually easy to get a hold of. I haven't had a problem with any products so far, but I have called them to ask about future items and they pick up right away. Plus, they are friendly and helpful.
The products are always of high quality and reasonably priced. If you're one who works in theater or perhaps you simply like Victorian clothes, I would HIGHLY recommend this website. I can never find any service like this that can provide me with Victorian men's clothes at a decent price.
