I called gentlemansemporium.com first...the see if they could accommodate my needs of delivery time before odering. I got Eve in customer service.she was helpful and we went over the what the purchase would be and the estimated time. Everything was very smooth.very easy.the only complaints I would have would be the standard shipping charges start rather high in ordering small soft goods.and.my sleeve garters where too big...but sadly that is my own fault for having arms too skinny...the experience was great...have already sent the link to two others for their needs

I work for a world wide organization that cares of the graves of war dead. The 14-18 period celebrates the one hundredeth anniversary of WW1 and the 75th anniversary of WW2. I wanted something that looked like period dress fro WW1 commemorative events and I found that the Gentleman's Emporium had the products that I needed. The quality was excellent and the price was exceptional.
After I placed my order, I received a confirmation email and then shipping information was communicated. The item arrived on time; I opened the sturdy shipping box to find another sturdy box nestled inside. The item was well protected. There was no need to contact customer service as the entire shopping process--from placing the order to receiving the product--was flawless.
Have ordered from the Emporium on numerous occasions and will continue to do so in the future. Their products and services are second to none. I know that my complete satisfaction is their goal.
I first contacted customer services via email, and then by phone and talked to Eve, and she was most helpful with the preparation and dispatch my order, because, as you dont post to Spain, I had to have the order dispatched to the UK. The only drawback with this was that I had to pay import duty plus vat, which bought the actual purchase price up to what I would have normally paid for similar items.
The actual items that I purchased, I must say, are first class and all fit perfectly, are well made and should last a lifetime. I will be purchasing further items from you, but will have them posted to the USA to save on import duties.
