Overall a great experience, with very helpful staff.
Since there were customs charges to be paid my overall order cost was around 25% more than originally expected, and took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive; however, I am eminently satisfied with the items and will continue to happily recommend your services to others, as I have done to date.

For service, politeness and promptness, my experience with shopping at the Emporium has been quite satisfying. The only thing that could possibly improve on this would be if I could walk through the front door and add touch to the total experience. I have managed to get my "kit" in place for the holidays without a single problem, and yes, I am not done with my shopping here.
Thank You, for making what could have been a tedious project into a fun experience!

I love the products

I love the products. The only problem I have is with inconsistent sizes. I have a bunch of medium vests that fit well and a couple that don't. I have several large vests (especially the most recent order) of which most are fine (slightly larger than I might need but do-able) but one is humongous. A similar thing happened to a pair of pants. Same size, same model pants, two different orders. The second ones didn't fit. Fortunately, Gentlemensemporium did not charge me for an exchange after I pointed out the discrepancy in sizes for the same pants. The older pair fits nicely, the new ones had to be exchanged for a larger size which now fits nicely. I have 2 pairs of those pants in 2 different sizes but both fit the same.

Our mens formalwear is well suited for wedding, prom, and other formal occasions, and we are proud to serve Victorian, old west and 19th century reenactors, performers, and living history enthusiasts across the US and have thousands of satisfied customers.
