I've shopped the site several times and the experience has generally been great.
I did have a problem with the site for a while where the checkout wants to fill in my state as WA, Australia on the second page when I put in US and ******* on the first page. I tried a few things, and it just didn't work. Customer Service was polite enough, but their answer was to call them to place an order, with no sense that the site would ever stop doing that. I hate talking on the phone, and don't get a chance during business hours very often, so that made shopping here too much of a hassle for a while.
I wasn't going to buy stuff off of other sites, but the selection and ease of searching and browsing made me try again, and it worked this time.
The products I ordered were as described and fit the way I needed them for a costume I was putting together. Many compliments from people at party for the authenticity of clothing. I will be buying from Western Emporium again!

Received coat that was not as described (sizing) and NOT the item I had ordered. I sent it back for exchange. Extremely upset that I not only have to pay shipping to return it, but additional shipping for the exchange when the item received was not only not as described, but not even the item I had ordered!
I had been warned not to shop this site, and I wish I had heeded.
