Best customer service I have had in years. We had a shipping problem with the shipping company. Eve, yes I had a personal representative who was with us all the way to delivery. She was understanding and supportive all the way through. They were responsive and on the job. If you do business with them you will feel like a valued customer. Wow... What a refreshing way of doing business. Old fashioned valued customer treatment. You don't find that a lot these days with automated phone systems and case numbers.
