I am amazed by quality the products and the fast shipping, though my gratitude and humble thanks goes out to the customer service. When I was building my Undertaker custom, the lady who chatted with took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas. She did not make a hasty recommendation, she asked if she had time to to do some research and get back to me with her recommendations the next day. Sure enough, in an email, the next morning she had sent me a couple of her recommendations with clothing combinations along with ordering numbers for each piece so I could go look at it. The Undertaker is a person I will portray in the skits with the Tombstone Vigilantes, as we perform in the streets of Tombstone doing historical reenactments of the old west. If you could see my custom it is so true to life for the 1880 era I feel I have bee transported back in time when I put it on. I was so glad she gave me to direction I needed to look so authentic. I have received so many compliments while wearing it. I truly wish I could remember this gracious most talented lady's name, I want to to Thank her so much because without her talents I would not look as great as I do. If some how I could get her email it would be very much appreciated. Thank You Miss for being there and also for a an awesome company with authentic clothing. Yall are the best!

The quality and authenticity of the item I ordered is outstanding. It was packaged very well and arrived quickly and in excellent shape.
I had the wrong zip code on my address. It was corrected & I got my products in a timely fashion.
Exceptional service and friendly staff- unfortunately the gloves I purchased split along the fingers within a couple of hours of wear. If they had a bit of cotton content I would wash & dry them to tighten up the stitching, alas they are nylon- so a needle and thread it will be.
The service I experienced was very well to my liking they were o time early in fact with the delivery and the products were in great condition definitely going to buy from them in the future

The green silk vest is a perfect fit for the gentleman I bought it for, so this is good to know. I had remembered being told that the Baker City style did fit small and that is true. I purchased a size M and it fit a man who wears a size 38 tailcoat.
I love the emerald green silk jacquard. It is marvelous for our period costumed caroling quartet. He looks dashing and absolutely right. I knew it would be a great costume piece and it is.
