OK, so all the 5-star ratings may seem unbelievable, but it's true. I've been doing business with Gentleman's Emporium for over a year now and I just caan't imagine giving them less than 5 stars on every count. The prices are very good (not "cheap", but either is the quality of their products), their customer service is friendly and beyond the norm, and the shipping is quick. I love Gentleman's Emporium!
I have bought 19th century apparel from Gentleman's Emporium about 3 years or so ago and they have always been of high quality. My latest purchase ( Feb. 2016) was the Inverness black wool cloak and I am very satisfied with it. My only quibble is that I would have preferred it to have a red lining an interior pocket and a pewter cloak clasp and a metal or cloth loop loop to hang it. Not a deal breaker I can add those items later to customize it.

Fast and easy. The sale came up, I checked it out and liked the items. Somewhat cautious of buying clothing online, but the experience was great! I chose XL which is a bit too big, but I can have the vests altered to fit. Didn't contact customer service for a return since you sent what I ordered! Next time, I"ll do a large. However, I am very pleased with your service.
Let me emphasize this was my first EVER online purchase and I ordered 2 pairs of fall front pants black and tan, I got the sizing wrong. Thats on me. One quick trip to the gf's to get her take them in here and there and now very happy. ( sending back seemed too exp- taking gf out for dinner to thank was too but there was a pay off)
