Your product delivery is amazing! West coast to east coast quicker than I receive a letter from the next town over here at home. Price is a little high but you're dealing in unique products and the quality is first class.
Delivery was faster than expected. Unfortunately, I ordered a Med when I should have ordered a Lg. I returned the vest for exchange but after not hearing anything for a week or so, I called to find out the status of the exchange. My call was taken a by a delightful young lady (I'm 68 so almost everyone in customer service is younger) who was most helpful and even had better news than I'd expected on the exchange. I am extremely happy with my new vest and the customer service was the very definition of service. I will definitely buy from Historical Emporium again.
I ordered two items that I returned due to my sizing being incorrect. No issue with the quality of the product and ordered another item on exchange. The whole process was effortless, painless and took less than a week. Excellent service.

40 years ago, I purchased a tan Western vest while on a trip to Colorado. Even in its worn out condition, it was admired by every one who saw it. I decided to look for a replacement before it fell apart, and searched the web for a counterpart. Finally found it at Emporium Stores, a Scully Western Single Point Vest # 171 Ranch Tan. A perfect match! Thanks for a great product. If I can wear this one for 40 years, I'll be 120 years old.

I had been thinking about a duster for years and decided now was the time. I found the Emporium while searching online. The historical accuracy was a big plus. The coat seems well made with quality material. The company was upfront about delivery time since it was a special order (S). I actually got it faster than I anticipated. The sleeves seem awfully long for a small, but I just folded the cuffs up inside and it works O.K. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A few years ago I ordered the men's boater hat and it became my mom's favorite thing. When she died I wore it in her honor at the funeral. When I moved away from that city, my stepfather asked if he could keep that hat as a goofy memory of that day and my mom. So I had to order another, and both were perfectly described and shipped quickly and arrived in terrific condition. Now living in savannah, it seems like a good hat to have.
