Historical Emporium

Another nicely made shirt to add to my costume collection. I changed out the buttons and it's great. Wish the sleeves were another inch longer and the shirt tales several inches longer for tucking in and staying. I did plan on wearing this with the top button done up, it's way to tight for that. Oh well, it looks like a collar when you turn it down just right.

The entire experience of shopping with Western Emporium was outstanding from start to finish. Order arrived several days before it was supposed to. And the tall brown derby I ordered was in perfect condition. It is beautifully made period hat that I wear in my civilian civil war brass band. The price was more than reasonable considering quality of the product. Highly recommend this hat and WE service. Outstanding.

I could not be happier with my overall purchase. The website is very well put together, items are easy to find and everything needed to complete an outfit was within a few clicks. Quality and price were spot on and shipping was fast, about 1 week earlier than projected. I wear my outfit at work and when out and about, I love it and it works well for me.

I returned the Floyd side button shirt because it was not as I expected from the photos on the website. Material too rough looking. I wanted something more refined. The problems with ordering clothing on line. I'm out the shipping costs both ways.

The expediency in processing my order was something of a surprise. Not only did Historical Emporium deliver quickly, I then called them about returning the items I had ordered because I ordered the wrong sizes and the replacements probably arrive before they received the returns. I will most certainly shop here again!

Historical Emporium has always been my number one place to shop for my cowboy attire when I dress up to do cowboy action shooting over the last couple of years. I've only had two problems and that was with a pocket watch that died and a piece of jewelry that fell apart I have recommended them to friend

Between California tax and shipping, I invariably end up paying maybe an additional 30% for the product. If the product was not so unique, I would not shop here. But quality, design (superb!), and phone help (outstanding) offset the high cost. Nonetheless, the cumulative shipping charges from my last three orders are dampening my enthusiasm for their products.

This time I ordered one of their special order pieces and was told up-front that it could be three weeks for completion. The item arrived about ten days after ordering! I was thrilled and really appreciate how nicely the item was packed. So very nice!

This is my second time buying from Ladies Emporium. Great experience and the products are excellent. I portray a historical figure at a National Historic Site and I can always count on the quality, comfort, authenticity etc of the clothes and other accessories. Highly recommend.

I order two pairs of pants in the last 18 months. They are nice and have an unusual cat that one can't find anywhere else. They much are better than costume quality but not as nice as actual vintage. But def good for the price.
