Your products and service are wonderful. My only complaint, if you can call it such, is that the buttons on some products do not coordinate well with the fabric. For example, while the photo looks fine, the metal buttons on the Spencer Vest are not appropriate. However, while I have replaced the buttons on several items I've purchased, I really can't complain as that's a trivial modification to suit my personal taste.
We bought an aviator's leather cap and goggles for a friend. Both were top notch quality. Unfortunately, we got the hat size wrong, so we arranged a return and ordered a replacement. Two days later, I received a call from a fine young man asking just to be sure if the return was a return for credit or a refund. Very polite and professional. No problems, just wanted to be certain he'd got it right.
That's class in customer service. We're very pleased.

I have yet to wear out a pair of Classic trousers and I wear them every day for their fit and durability. They also look good.

I have repeatedly ordered various pieces of clothing and have always been very satisfied with the service and the products. I am a "Cowboy Action Shooter " (a shooting competition using Victorian equipment, clothes and guns). Very frequently we have to set up and tear down the target range. It involves moving steel targets and stands. The work clothes I buy are not just for show. They take a pounding but they come back for more. The fit and cut is very work oriented. They wear WELL!

I dress Victorian/Old West every day, and l seldom shop anywhere else. I particularly like the items that carry the H.E. Label, because you know you are in a pretty exclusive club when you put them on.
The whole process from ease of use web site to delivery was excellent. The products: Cavendish Tweed Vest - Brown Herringbone and Sinclair Edwardian Club Collar Shirt - White were exactly what I was looking for. The materials and manufacture very good. The reason I bought here was the tall size offering. It felt custom made based on the sizing suggestions. I'll definitely buy here again.
Great People! Great Products! My only complaint is the prices are a tad bit excessive. But considering products like these are no longer made, I guess we will have to be satisfied with what we can get.
Suggestion - please consider putting something with each order that describes the care and cleaning of your leather products.
I ordered a holster and the only thing else with it was a very short note telling to wipe the holster down before I handled it because of the dyes that might have left some residue on it.
Telling me how to care would be very helpful - I now have a leather holster that is as hard as rock and have no idea how to soften it up so I can at least get the gun inside.

My experience has been excellent. I've ordered several times, quality is always very good and delivery is very fast! I had to exchange one item and the turn around was speedy as well. I definitely recommend them.
Friendly helpful customer service personnel. Handled lost shipment ( by UPS) well and got products to me in time for event.Allowed leeway in return time to exchange items. Overall a very good experience.

I placed my order online on a Sunday. Later that night I realized that I had forgotten to include an item in my purchase. I did not want to incur another shipping charge by creating a new online purchase so I called Western Emporium Monday morning and explained my dilemma. The original order was ready to ship, but they were able to add my new item and still ship it the same day. I received the entire order, complete and correct just a couple of days later. Bravo! Changing the order at the last minute would have caused many companies to delay the order for a day or two. Not here! Customer Service really is #1!
