Excellent customer service! I made an order mistake, and left a phone message over the weekend asking them to correct it before shipping on Monday. I received a before hours call on Monday telling me the mistake was corrected and order would be shipped then unless I needed to change or add anything else. All items I have ordered have been of good quality and accurately sized. This is a company worthy of your business!

I just love my emerald vest and received several compliments on it. Since that purchase, I have purchased several products from your company and have found them all to be excellent quality. Your shipping is always quicker than any other mail order company I use. You are my first choice for vintage clothing.

The red ruby velvet dress made my girlfriend look absolutely stunning! We are old souls and dress up in our vintage clothing often for dates and such. The gray purse was a very nice touch as well, but I would not recommend it for "everyday" wear as the clasp was a little faulty.

I volunteer at a Historical Victorian home Museum in Los Angeles. We were given your store name as an approved shopping place from which we could purchase clothing to wear when we volunteer. Since there were customs charges to be paid my overall order cost was around 25% more than originally expected, and took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive; however, I am eminently satisfied with the items and will continue to happily recommend your services to others, as I have done to date.

I was having trouble with the online order form and called Historical Emporium on the phone. The young man I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My order only took 3 days to get to me and arrived in beautiful condition!

I had occasion to purchase a detachable collar for a period appropriate Victorian formal shirt for my son's imminent wedding.
