I needed a Ferndale vest to go with the Ferndale pants I already have. Love the look & quality! Had to order a large as Med were out of stock & get it taken in. Then I noticed lots of things were outa stock. Demand is high so I'll def make sure I check before ordering & not wait till last minute. Glad you guys exist!

Made an error when selecting the size, and emailed customer service to see if it could be resolved. I received a reply in less than 24 hours (even though my original email was sent on a Sunday), and my mistake was quickly fixed. I also received my package over a week before the estimated delivery date. Best customer service I've ever had from an online store!

Got the correct item, correct size and delivery on time. Quality of products was very good and as represented in the ads. None of my items had to be returned or exchanged so I had no need for interaction with humans, but contact info was given to me to facilitate this if needed. Very satisfied customer here.

My order was taken over the phone. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Helped me pinpoint the 'Tom Petty' style I was looking for very quickly. Best of all it was on its way in less than 2 hours!

The black walking skirt and apron are made very well. High quality material and workmanship. Fits well. I received these items in a very timely manner which was much appreciated. I would't hesitate to order from them again.

Quality was great on all but the gloves. Too big and cheaply made. Everything else was wonderful but didn't quite work for this costume, or my build. Love your site though-have been searching for stuff like this forever!

We run a business called Live History Productions in Tasmania, Australia. We often need historical costumes for our plays. The Historical Emporium provides quality costumes at reasonable prices and they arrive really quickly despite coming from the U.S.A.

I am very pleased with my purchases. I bought a round collar shirt, floppy tie and a cotton vest. I honestly expected theatrical or costume clothing but the products are the best quality and actually better made than what I normally purchase in retail stores. I expect many years of use. I will purchase something else soon.

I've made several purchases recently from gentleman's emporium for a show I'm designing and everything I've received has been delivered quickly and is excellent quality. I will certainly continue to use them as a source for period clothing.

I am very pleased. Prompt delivery of product. Well packaged. Hat seems to be of high quality. A little large, however a little paper placed inside brim band solved. Plan to purchase an entire outfit in near future.

Customer service is great. Products for the most part are as well. I have bought 4 pair of the preacher boots so far and the last pair I bought is the first one's that did not pinch on the left boot requiring me to tape a cotton ball to my foot to "train" the leather. After that they were fine. Oak Tree Farms who make that boot must have up graded quality control; good for them!

Found the place by accident looking for something else but started checking it out saw a holster i really liked at a great price figured I'd try it out. Holster is beautiful got here quick im very happy

Quality of clothes, time of delivery, and overall satisfaction with company are very highly rated. I live in Victorian Cape May and appreciate the availability of clothing to wear when performing house tours, trolley rides and school presentations.

This company has the best customer service I have come across yet for online shopping. When I had a request, someone personally responded to me within a day, and fixed my problem, no questions asked. In addition, the products are excellent quality, durable, and well made. Certainly worth it, and I will be recommending this company to everyone I can.

Your customer service is excellent. I have called a few times and each time the representative is courteous, personable, and helpful. I do wish more retail outfits worked like that. I grew up with that being the norm but these days! I am thrilled to find your store and as soon as I know how stuff shrinks I WILL be ordering more of the Pullovers, they are awesome for my needs.
