I initially ordered the wrong size. I had no problem returning the item and immediately getting the right size. Very customer friendly and efficient.
Only issue I had was that I had asked that the product not be delivered before a certain date.
That was not done.

For example the collars could be slightly higher, when wearing a tie,, it continues to keep sliding off the collar, i am having a button sown onto the rear of the collar to prevent this happening,.as its annoying when socially out..

I had given an address that the carrier said they couldn't deliver to. I contacted Historical Emporium, and they immediately shipped another to a secondary Post office box.
The second package was deliver as was the first on the same day. ( I suspect it wasn't a bad address, but rather an issue due to the flooding in Southeast Texas).
Yet, there was no hesitation on the part of Historical Emporium to make my experience a great one.

The Historical Emporium has excellent customer service and quality products. I did not contact customer service for the most recent purchase, but they were very helpful and knowledgeable about sizing with my initial purchases. I just wish the Lamar style shirt came in more colors than red or black.
It's hard to tell about the quality of clothing from a picture on your screen. I took a chance and ordered from Historical Emporium. My order arrived quickly, and I am still thrilled with the quality of the goods, a velvet jacket and white blouse. Service and products both surpassed expectations.
