Price is a problem for overseas customers. Shipping costs seem rather high. In Norway there is 20%vat, customs - including customs on shipping, and an extra fee to the postal service for handling the customs issue. None of us have the power to change this, so one has to adapt. Even with these costs, though, the purchase was well worth it. But I can't do this very often.

I've bought items from you guys for several different shows but never as many as I've needed this fall. Delivery times have been very fast, and the few pieces I've had to return because of fit were refunded in a very timely manner. I love the look of our show, and it's largely because of your great pants, vests, and scarves!

Initial order was wrong due to incorrect website photos... customer service found the right item by going to the stock shelves in person! Immediately shipped correct item with prepaid return label included... received correct item in 2 days, received credit in 3 days.

The best resolution of a mail order problem I have ever experienced, period. Doesn't get any better than this.

I had several returns from two separate orders due to size issues that were entirely my fault. My items were exchanged for the proper sizes and shipped quickly. One item was refunded and done in a professional and expedient manner. I wish other companies I dealt with were as helpful and customer oriented. Can't express enough how well I was treated.

I ordered the large size and returned this item only because it was too large for my traditional 42 inch

Very neat website for historical clothing. A little pricey in my opinion especially when you add shipping charges, but the trousers we bought seem to be pretty good quality and we are happy with our purchase. Shipping is amazing, I had my order in about a week, all the way from California to Kentucky - very impressed with that.

My hat arrived more quickly than I had expected. The hat is exactly what I wanted, perfect fit and well made. Standard shipping was incredibly fast. I can't imagine how expedited shipping could be any faster.

The instructions for determining waist size on the trousers is wrong. Adding two sizes max is far closer, and even this results in a loose fit.

The hats were first class, and the shirt is amazing.

Your customer service is outstanding and the delivery time as well. Unfortunately, your product line does not include a holster for my Ruger.357 magnum, six inch barrel. This is the second attempt in resolving this issue. I will be returning my complete order.
