I really enjoy browsing your site, so much to choose from. The skirt fits perfectly and is a very flattering style, a good length for a tall lady and so feminine. The hat is just lovely, better than it looks in the photo. The parcel arrived well packaged damage free and promptly. I was surprised how quickly I received my parcel which justified the price of postage. I will order again but have to be aware of the exchange rates, as this can make a huge difference to the price.

I think this company does a great job. Their products are well made and shipping is real good considering some lead times on special orders and considering I live cross country from California. Of course price is comparable to other companies, like theirs, but I would like to see better special offers than the few I receive on occasion. I talked to customer service not because of a problem, but needed some help in paying for my order with two credit cards. No, problem for them, they provided the help I needed.

Recently I placed an order with Gentleman's Emporium and was very impressed with the follow up and efforts that they went to - to confirm that my payment / order and delivery address were all 100% correct before filling my order which was very comforting to know being from Australia and the first purchase. The clothing and accessories arrived in plenty of time for my event and my husband was a show stopper on the day. I rarely post a review or comment regarding online purchases; however, this occasion is called for, as the customer service at Historical Emporium is second to none! If the apparel needs to be returned, or a replacement item provided, the staff, first of all, answer the phone on the first or second ring... messages need to be left, no waiting for a return call, etc. In selecting just the right garment, they are happy to measure, describe and whatever else may be required in making the right selection. Service is accurate, prompt and so very courteous!

My first experience shopping at Western Emporium was great. I like that they recommend full outfits but also allows you to purchase the pieces individually as well. I had a few questions before I ordered and the lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and knew exactly what she was talking about. All of my items shipped with blazing speed and arrived exactly as described/pictured. I would definitely purchase again...thanks to these guys my halloween costume is going to be a smashing success.

I love this company. They processed my order fast! I ordered on Monday, received on Friday. Because I'm A big guy I ordered the Xl Howie lab coat. It is very big, L might have been fine but costumes tend to run small so I ordered up a size, but it still fits fine and I could wear some warmer clothes underneath it if it's chilly. The quality is amazing too, this coat should last for years. I will be buying more items, I guarantee!

We were extremely pleased with our purchases for both myself and my wife, Lorraine. Our clothes were a real success at a 'Old West' wedding last weekend.

A local dressmaker, who made minor adjustments, was extremely impressed with the quality of the clothing and the price - she said should would not be able to price-match!

Will certainly purchase more clothing, although we have to wait until the $US and $AU are a good exchange rate.

I ordered two things, a vest and a pocket watch. Loved both at first sight, but the watch didn't work.One of you pulled another out of stock wound it up and checked it for a day or so, then sent it to me and sent me a paid label to send it back. All this was done in about three or four days with"e"mails to keep us both abreast of what was going on. THAT'S SERVICE. I've already put the word out to several fellow eastern cowboys. Sorry I didn't find you guys years ago

Fabulous service and delivery! I purchased 4 items (dragon vest, walking stick, pin, pocket watch) and all the items met or surpassed my expectations. I had emailed some questions about the vest I bought and was really impressed with the next day response I received. My only wish is that the smaller vest sizes were available in "tall" as well, because the small dragon vest is about 2 inches too short for my skinny 6 foot son. It looks far too nice to send back so I've bought matching lining fabric and am inserting a piece in the shoulder to lengthen it. It was a challenge to pick apart the shoulder seams which really speaks to the workmanship on this product... very neat sewing with super small stitches. Amazing quality for this day and age. And the pocket watch is gorgeous. If I ever need Victorian clothing again, this will be the only place I'll shop!
