Staff great however even after staff subsequently sent me a second hat felt ….hat was still to large ….this is unfortunate. I guess this top hat will remain strictly a showpiece in my wardrobe. UNLESS you think a third hat felt might do the trick? How many hat felts is reasonable ……or absurd?

Not my first order, won't be my last. They ship fast and are friendly when you have questions that need answers.
Sizing system is poor and they don't support return shipping. They have a bad system to get a gun belt to fit. Also, they expected me to pay return and reshipping fees.
Could not believe I ordered and had the product in two days!
I had some questions on a few items, they were very helpful answering. Order was received in 2 days, items were of good quality and exactly as seen on website. I did need to return and exchange the pants for a different size (mistake on my part, I ordered my usual waist size, website does suggest measuring just below your naval, generally a size or 2 above your usual). Received replacement within 2 days, they fit perfectly! Highly recommend and I will be ordering more in the near future.
As a professional actor, Historical Emporium has been a VERY helpful resource for me.
