Customer Service was very helpful. The product was a very well made and beautiful western style holster with belt. Unfortunately the item did not fit my particular revolver - a non-western style.357 magnum, one of my open carry guns, but I am going to purchase another color rig for my Colt 1911 - it fit perfect!
I contacted your customer service dept to ask lots of questions about your ladies riding pants. Not only was the rep professional and courteous, she helped me decide which pants to purchase. Her description was spot on! It's hard to imagine a product that you are unfamiliar with. Her assistance made the process easy.
Since I ordered on-line, I didn't speak with any customer representative, but the order was filled promptly and shipped; then arrived on time. The vests fit properly and seem to be well made except for the button holes. I would recommend that there be better quality control regarding this issue.
Great products, high quality, the coat I bought for a haunted house character had multiple washings, worn extensively over three weekends and proved durable and easy to care for. I'm coming back for more soon.

After many long months of trying to find the perfect look for my new Victorian costume, I decided to shop Historical Emporium. The price was more than I wanted to pay but the selection was fantastic. I received my order three days early and after the second time wearing my new outfit I can say with no hesitation that the products are worth every cent! Excellent quality, comfortable, durable and stylish. Everything looked and fit exactly as I expected. The only thing I needed to change was the hem on my trousers (which I expected). Overall, a fantastic experience. I will be shopping here for all of my Victorian wear in the future.
Customer service reps were kind, helpful, and very supportive. I'm local and when I emailed for expedited shipping, they offered for me to come in person. They also let me provide a list of items to try on and then decide which I wanted to buy. Super friendly staff! I'd definitely recommend them given this positive experience.

Ordered sunglasses and USPS reported that they were delivered but that they must have been stolen from my mail box. I saw that the shipment was insured so, after filing a claim with USPS, I contacted Gentleman's Emporium and related my tale of woe. Adriana was more than helpful and shipped a new pair of wasteland shades via a different courier. No problems. Great product. Was told someone from USPS would contact me within 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting.

I was very happy with the tailcoat. Good quality, fits a little tight on my linebacker shoulders, but easily fixed. Price was fine, but the delivery turnaround - wow. They got it across the country in just a few days. The coat finishes off the look perfectly and will be a great addition to our show.
