We own a wagon and go on organized trail rides, parades and just around town. People come out to see us all dressed up and riding down their streets, now we will look even better thanks to you. I called customer service about the ladies boots and they were polite and answer my questions. Also going to Tombstone this summer where visitors come dressed and stroll down the wooden side walks.

Customer service is great. I emailed several questions and received fast, thoughtful responses. Delivery was fast, as was processing of my returns.

My main difficulty was sizing. The charts just don't really reflect whether an item will fit, and returns cost money. I also wish there were more items in non-historically-accurate permanent-press fabrics. The details in this type of clothing make ironing a real pain.

I needed a left handed pistol belt and I found exactly what I was looking for on your site...although this is not the first time I have ordered from you guys. Fast and easy. The sale came up, I checked it out and liked the items. Somewhat cautious of buying clothing online, but the experience was great! I chose XL which is a bit too big, but I can have the vests altered to fit. Didn't contact customer service for a return since you sent what I ordered! Next time, I"ll do a large. However, I am very pleased with your service.

I ordered the commissioner frock coat according to their pure measurement sizing chart and it was way too large. Someone (maybe Melissa?) took my phone call, heard my complaint, took some coats off the rack, physically measured them and sent me a link to paid postage for an exchange. Oh, and she was friendly too! What fantastic service.

I, Estelle had to portray a gentleman from the 1800's at an Historian event. It was a difficult task, but Gentleman's Emporium came through with it quality products. Not only did I make a hit, it was very authentic looking. I can't thank them enough for helping me pull it off. Great review on my attire and impression!

I'd rate my shopping experience with Historical Emporium six stars but that's not an option. Great selection and perfect suggestions on creating that timeless ensemble. I had a couple questions that required contacting them and they provided personal service to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I will definitely shop with them in the future.

I came upon your site by accident. My husband and I celebrate Halloween in a big way - we plan ahead and our front yard is spooky! This year, I chose to be a zombie in your "Victorian Walking Outfit" then realized that I forgot the "Fingerless Gloves." Everything in my orders were great. Very impressed with the quality and service. Inventory is amazing. Expected more "costume" products but these products are just top notch. We will definitely be shopping this site again.

My only problem is that the clothes run a bit small. Returns could also be made a bit easier AKA Amazon.
