Prompt phone service
September 3, 2015

Prompt phone service. Had to call back and get my postal code changed after I received my confirmation email. Product had a delivery time of 2 - 3 weeks regular surface mail, but arrived within 5 days. Product quality is great, but item will need some alteration as my husband has broad shoulders, but is slim.

I shall be buying another blouse again at a later date. Love the old-fashioned look and the 'wide',
Useful sleeves that, because of their 'good-ol'-days' use of ample material, can actually be rolled up!

I have bought several items from the Emporium and have yet to be disappointed. I usually receive my goods two days after ordering. I wish they offered a hemming service however for us shorter legged type.

The products I ordered were received very promptly, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size so they were returned for an exchange. Dealing with customer service has been a great experience albeit only through emails it has been professional and courteous at all times. Can't wait to receive my new vests

We've bought from the Emporium for eight years now for very special occasions. Only once has the product not lived up to our expectations. Customer service is always pleasant and always helpful. Most everything has been lovely. I've had several hats - all wonderful and well made, as has my husband. My husband bought his engagement suit from here and both of us bought our clothes for our renewal ceremony from here, which took place in June of 2015. Highly recommended and affordable with good quality cloth. Returns are easy, no hassles.

Wow---fast service!

Wow---fast service! My item was temporarily out of stock, but I was informed just as soon as it came back in, AND it was shipped the same day. The fit is perfect; not too "baggy-butt", which some drop-front trousers can be. Looks sharp, well-made, excellent value. I look forward to doing business with you again soon. Well done, you!

Extremely friendly and helpful customer service.

Product quality exceeds expectations by a mile. 100% cotton = 100% cotton, that's been few and far between...

You might be able to pick up some items in other stores for a buck less but the clear dedication of the staff, shipping speed (even overseas), prompt support and overall shopping experience far outweigh that.

Excellent shopping experience.

I will be back (in fact I already have)

My left handed.45 belt fits excellent but i wonder why there are only 9 cartridge loops, im sending it to my local tack shop for at minimum 1 loop as i carry 5 in the chamber daily. Other than that everything was excellent!
I just wish i had known there were 9 loops and an option for more would have been nice

I asked that the delivery not have Historical Emporium on the packaging...and that happened! I was worried my husband would know exactly what he was getting for Christmas because he usually picks up the mail before I get home from work. I can't wait until he opens this present!
My only complaint has nothing to do with the order. I would love to see a wider range in sizes. I'm a US 26/28 and I would love to get some items from your shop, but only accessories fit... so just a suggestion, larger people have money to spend because there are very, very few places to get quality costumes (and clothing in general).

This merchandise should never be considered as "costume wear", even though it is very well time oriented.
The quality and fit are equal to any clothing store (maybe better). When I want a "one of a kind" outfit, the emporium provides first rate items at a remarkable price!. I am a long term and loyal customer of this great place to shop.

The service I have received from Gentlemen's Emporium has been second to none, many of my local on line and over the counter suppliers could learn a lot from you. I definitely will shop with you again ad I require new items. My only concern is that I need to send my credit card details with each purchase, and as the internet is becoming such a dangerous place I believe it would be a good idea for you to keep regular customers details on record. Other than this small problem I have no complaints whatsoever.

Since my last experience with Historical Emporium was excellent I started off with this recent order keeping up high expectations. I have not been disappointed: Yet again I got my questions answered professionally and very friendly and was offered comprehensive support. The products I received were fantastic as always and the single item I had a sizing issue with I could return for a replacement without any difficulties. Quality products

Quality products. Had to return 1 pair of slacks for larger size, but we did not follow the store's recommendation, first time around. Customer service had an excellent plan for returning and getting another pair, helped with quick turn around for a rush order. Just great.

I had purchased a childs top hat from Ken Wong in Hong Kong and it did not fit. Me nephew was heart broken because it was his #1 christmas wish. He even made up a song called "Oh Why Won't it Fit"! I tried to return it but the company would not contact me for days and then finally told me sorry but wrong size is not a reason we do refunds or exchanges.
I was so glad I found your company. You provided a sizing chart, a clear photo of the products, clear process for ordering. It arrived quickly and my nephew was thrilled.
