Long delay but is what it is... was about 2 months before I received the order
Shopping experience very good. Follow up very good. However the product, size was good ( Extra Lg., over the calf) good but I need compression, 10 mm Hg or less.

Almost a full month to receive items listed as in stock when I ordered them. Ridiculous in this day and age. Ever here of Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc? They all manage to make deliveries within days, sometimes hours after order has been placed.
My husband really likes the pajama bottoms and boxer briefs I purchased. PJ's were 2-Nautica, 1-Ralph Lauren Polo & 1 Tommy Bahama. He really likes the SAXX underwear but I purchased a new one from Stacy Adam that he liked too with a festive design.
Yes i received my original order # *******. I tried on one of the items in the order and found them to be to large around the waist. So i created a return exchange for a smaller size of the same items except the one package of the ones i tried on because i had already tried them on. So i was returning the other two boxed items that were never opened for an exchange to the next smaller size of the same items. When i started the exchange with you company i did not realize that i had to purchase the exchange sized items on a new order. This is where it got confusing! I didn't know i had to reorder the correct sized items i needed and pay for them, and then sent the original one's that i purchased back for a refund to my c card. I was inder the impression that i would send back the one's that where to large and they would be exchanged for the exact same one's in a smaller size and returned to be on a return one get one back exchange base's. Your exchange process is quite confusing. I have never had to rebuy the same items that i had already payed for and then get reimbursed for the exact same item that i had already paid for in the first place. I have never ever dealt with any other company that uses this proceedure. Very Confused! ME!
Hello Ken - We are sorry for your unusual confusion. During the exchange process, we offer you 2 options: buy the exchange now or wait until we receive your items in our warehouse. We've honestly never had a comment like yours in the 20 years we've been in business.

Waited over 2 months for PART of my order. 2 pair were then cancelled because they were permanently out of stock, then the third part was going to be even longer. HORRIBLE! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! And the customer service was just as bad. They figured that since they "kept me informed" that everything was fine. No apologies, no discount, nothing. NEVER AGAIN. They didn't care. And that's bad business. This will probably not even get posted since it is a negative review.
Hello Bryan - I have confirmed you placed an order for a Cin2 item on 10-25-21. You were sent 4 emails updates on this back ordered item and then were immediately informed the same day we were that Cin2 is no longer making the item and will not fill their promised order. I hope this answers your question. Your ire should be directed at the Cin2 company.

I bought the boxers, thinking they were 2 packs, and was disappointed to discover on arrival they were single packs. Other than that, I absolutely love them and I do wish they were less expensive so I could buy many more

I hate compression lined shorts…they tend to hold the stink even after washing, bunch up under my shorts and most of all don't offer support, just an extra layer pressing my junk against my leg. These are the reason I go with a jock strap every time under my workout gear (lifting or running). The Nike jock gives me the right level of support with a very comfortable (soft) material…like your boys are being held by clouds. The support prevents my boys from hitting my legs or getting stuck as I develop a sweat. I also like the wide leg-straps, keeps everything in place that a gym rat would want. So, if you're new to a jock strap, give these Nike ones a try…you'll never go back to wearing compression shorts under your shorts I promise.
