I purchased a rifle and had it shipped to a local FFL holder. I was kept informed every step of the way. It was smooth sailing.
I had no problems whatsoever with the order. But it's stupid to force a 100 character feedback - the next time there will be no feedback at all!
Just bought a couple of new sets of Leupold dual dovetail rings and base mounts for my Win 70 Featherweights. For some reason, they've decided I need a big 3/8" circle and a big "L" on top of each scope ring so the world knows I bought a Leupold product... NEVER again. I don't advertise accessories for some two bit company... it totally ruins the classic design of these rifles. They're going in the local landfill, and I'll have to shop around (NOT ONLINE) for a nice set of rings from a company other than LEUPOLD that are both functional and look good on this nice rifles. Hinterland Outfitters should make a note or display these tacky designs better, so you don't have to actually make the mistake of ordering such trash (I'm tired of constantly returning substandard, poorly designed merchandise).
I have bought several times from hinterland and each time has been great. The list of products covers a wide range of arms and accessories and the customer service has been cordial. I would recommend them and I will be a repeat customer.
Bret or Brent - not sure of his name, but he was so helpful in sourcing and delivering my special request. Kimber is not normally available thru Hinterland Outfitters, but he found my gun.
