Total crap! If you happen to meet a physically attractive woman, you can be sure she will ask you for money pretty soon. Having lost plenty of time and having met only one real woman I left Hinge and signed up for AFFlirts.com
-it's way better! They verify profiles, you know who you are talking to. I built in trust with them after meeting a few of their ladies offline- they all turned to be real and interested.

I used the app for years and random wake up to see I was banned/removed. I never did anything. I paid amazing money to use the app and yet I am still removed? I find it unfair. I reported it, complained and ignore all my requests.

I paid $90 for a 6-month subscription. After using Hinge for seven weeks, I was suddenly disconnected from my account. I tried to restore it but haven't found real tech support other than the feedback page on the website. Someone wrote back to me with confirmation that my account was deleted, and they cannot help in case my number has been changed. No phone numbers to call to debate, no emails to file a claim, and still no refunds. Unacceptable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $95.39 on a fake site. Probably affiliated with fraudulent Elite Singles. This practice should be illegal. I will dispute this charge.
Most profiles show the same cream colored lab dog and same voice on all recordings.

There is an ongoing scam in Hinge. Multiple fake profiles that use a script when they match with you to collect your personal information. I have alerted Hinge multiple time and they respond with another script. Stay away from this app.

I've been on Hinge for a few months and thought it was a good app. But in the past week I saw the same guy under 2 different names. Reported it to Hinge and they said they'd take cAre of it. Being whores for money they did absolutely nothing. The scammer is still on using different names and I reported him again. This time they're ignoring me. Watch out ladies, Hinge is NOT looking out for us!

Attempted to delete account. No verification email was received to my email address. Contacted hellohinge to request permanent deletion to be told my account is banned? And I am to send passport to verify it's me this was in Dec 2023. Heard nothing since. Seeking legal action for unlawful data harbouring.

I met Bruno 3 years ago. He has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and narcissistic tendencies. He mentally and physically abused me and was charged with 5 counts of assault. He also verbally and sexually abused me and treated me with complete disrespect. This man is very sick and dangerous. He appears to be charming and friendly but he is not. Please ladies do not engage or get involved with this man He will hurt you and destroy you.

Not only refused to offer a refund despite offering one on their preset email chain. But I reported someone for having fake profile photos of a celebrity and I got banned. This lady who I called out clearly made a fake report about me and they didnt both to look that it came from someone with fake profile photos.

As soon as you pay, you will start to be hounded to "upgrade" so you can be "seen better." It is deceptive to sell a platform without disclosing that you will only have access to part of it. I had only 3 matches in 4 months. Not worth my time or money.

I identified myself as a queer women interested in everyone. I was matched with someone who identifies as a woman but listed themselves as interested in men (both in their 'interested in' line and their written bio). This is not okay--I don't want to have to ignore profiles because the person in them identifies as straight. I simply should not be seeing people who would not consider dating me. I believe this is a bug in Hinge's algorithm. However, when I tried to let them know, I had an inanely repetitive exchange with Nolan from Hinge about this. Nolan seemed to think I was seeking personal information about the gender identity of this other person or for Hinge to take responsibility for my listing my own preferences wrong. I eventually gave up and quit my membership for now, saying I'd leave a review. I hope they fix their algorithm, but given how I was gaslit by Nolan, I doubt they will.

I saw the app and thought I should give it a trial. I subscribed for one month and ever since, I have been seeing the same people over and over. They never responded to my messages. For example, I will see this girl on my search block, I messaged her and the next day, I will also see the same person. The app keeps on rerouting the same people. Nothing new. If you messaged 50 users in your area and you don't have anyone else to message, the next day, the app will repeat rerouting the same people that you messaged yesterday or couple of days ago. And the funniest thing is that, none of these members bothered to write you back. I'm lucky that I only paid one month subscription. I already canceled my subscription. Nonsense, you take people's hard working money and you can't provide a service for them. Ridiculous thing to do!

I got banned before I even finished filling out my profile. Literally banned within minutes of them clearing my payment. No reason, no excuse, nothing. Just "you violated our TOS". I filed an appeal and two weeks in nothing. Not even a refund. WTF? Stay away from this app. Is the only advise I can offer. I didn't even get to see if anyone was compatible. Complete waste of money. Use an alternative like Bumble... PS you can't even get a refund if you violate their TOS. You can't even find out why you violated their nebulous TOS. Total ripoff...

I was banned for no reason after just 10 days into a monthly subscription. When i protested they could not tell me why i was banned but wanted me to send personal picture I,D of my oassport or drivers License, which i will not do over the internet for a dating site. When i asked for a refund of my 20 days remaining i could get no answer. The worst thing is i cant get onto the site any longer to delete my profile and pictures which i think is a disgrace. I would not reccomend this site to Anyone.

I'm a 62 year old young at heart, well kept woman in the lower mainland and there has been absolutely no potential on this site. No matches, no likes… Please don't waste your $$!

After 2 days of messages sent to profiles my account was banned with no explanation, they collected 3 months fee and have refused to refund as they say I have breached the agreement but will not tell me what term I have breached. I had no contact with anyone on this site. Its a scam stay away you have been warned.

I unfortunately paid for the subscription once i realized you can't really do much on it until you pay. Then i found out that they pull certain profiles that are you "best matches" and you have to pay MORE to get a "rose" in order to let those people know you are interested. It's the definition of a SCAM. It's not "meant to be deleted" or they would give you a fair shot at seeing all your matches once you pay them too much in the first place!

Don't use it. The worst dishonest app. Filing a lawsuit against them. Free apps have real people. These one is bs. They force people to buy boosts. Asian man who created it just hates all women and especially white women. No wonder he had to create this app.

Went through hundreds of profiles and all the same fat women and Asian crypto scammers. You don't have to believe me. Try it for yourself. You will see. Buyer beware. Save your money gentleman you been warned.

I joined this app hoping it would be different from all other swiping apps out there, as they promote this app is its 'designed to be deleted, so I thought it's intended for people who look for serious relationship. What a fool I was. Hinge turned out to be absolutely the same as tinder, bumble etc... its full of fake profiles, players and men looking only for hookups. If you want to meet a decent, respectful and single man with serious intentions - please save your precious time and don't bother with Hinge, absolute joke that app is.
