I'm not sure if some people should even bother using this app. When I use it I thought it would be more like facebook or even whatsapp, I thought it was going to be an easy to use like the ones I mentioned but no, one has to pay in order to chat with someone. Why should one pay to chat with someone and it's to expensive
I met my boyfriend through Hily, which is quite funny because I had my settings for locals since I had just moved out and wanted to connect with new people in there, but for whatever reason the algorithm showed me people from another states or even another country (which btw led me to know really nice people, some I still talk to, because yeah, despite the dating apps' reputation, this one has a lot of interesting people and no bs at all).
So, thanks to that is how I met my future husband, although at first I just wanted to get some tie dye shirts he happened to display at his profile -no idea if he was trying to sell em- but I decided to ask if he had some shipping to Mexico and that's how the story begins.
Long story short, we are +2 years in and about to get married!
So, even if your algorithm is weird or has some error going on, I had to quote Bob Ross as a short way to describe your app "We don't make mistakes—we have happy accidents"

I think the app is a good idea, although it is true that it is very similar to other applications that exist to flirt. The bad thing about this app is that if you don't pay to see who has given you a heart you can't see it and really the app is worthless if you don't pay. I think it would be nice if they took that off, so they could see who liked me.

After updating and using for a weeks. The app was good but the down side is you need to pay the subscriptions it feels that they askig a lot of money and some of account is not legit they need to investigate further to remove all fakes accounts.

Hily has a lot of unique features that were really surprising to me, and the best one I found was the streaming feature. It allowed me to personally connect with so many amazing people on the app, and I'm really thankful to Hily for that because I made a lot of new friends I still talk to on a daily basis.

I didn't found it very responsive and worth to invest time. It's User interface is unresponsive and buggy. Its Signup process was easy to follow and user friendly to understand but the major issue I felt was, it's responsiveness. Anything which I found interested and unique was occupied with said issue (almost). I think they need to work more on UX.

I've tried an lot of online dating sites Bumble, Tinder, etc never really had an lot of luck with them but reading some of the reviews online regarding these sites most people haven't had an lot of luck either! Haha So i try this Hily site sounded promising supposedly they give you an free trial for seven days that's cool I'm just go an average looking guy and was really impressed that this site looked like it had real people on it not photos of fake models like an majority of the other sites! So I'm thinking this site is actually working I'm receiving an lot of likes not necessarily from women i'd be interested in but hey SOMEONE likes me! Haha Less than an couple of hours after I signed up the site is already asking me to pay to see my likes now haha Hey what happened to the free trial? Haha you guys we're doing so well! Haha sorry you just lost another potential customer!

It feels very buggy, the UI is quite clunky and unresponsive, the matching itself is fine but I see people reporting it has some bugs too, I didn't check it myself since my girlfriend would kill me haha, overall I wouldn't use this app, from the beginning it is already seen it needs a complete UI and design overhaul. There are way better apps of the same kind which are more popular and are way easier and funner to use, this one has no special features therefore it needs to get a lot better.

The app hangs alot and the matches are made with people very far away. The filters are also not very useful. Having a very bad experience with this app now and definitely would not recommend it to anyone else.

I've been using dating platforms on and off for a while now, but when I found Hily, I stopped looking for a new one. I've been streaming on Hily non-stop, and I really like the leaderboards that show your progression as you get new viewers and more and more people start enjoying your content. Really satisfying to get new regular viewers.

I had to delete the app as it didn't allow me to upload a photo from my gallery. I redownload it and I was glad that it remembered my name however it asked all the questions again such as level of education, field of work. Etc. And also when I went to the filters section it doesn't allow me to readjust the search radius. :( I'm not sure if I'll continue using the app.

I barely used the app one day before deciding to deactivate my account, but they still charged me the $15 after my trail period ended! I wasn't even using it anymore and, even though I tried to get a refund immediately after the $15 was charged, hily refused to, saying they "didn't have to tools to process refunds" and Google Play wouldn't either! Saying it was up to hily! It's a $#*!ing joke! They're able to TAKE the money, but when it comes to refunds, no one's "able" to do it. TYPICAL greedy business pratices! DISGUSTED! Hope Google's multi-million dollar company is happy stealing from working class people!

The first week is free, and after it ends, you are charged for the next subscription period. That is mentioned on the screen offering a trial and explained in our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, since the respective App stores manage all charges and subscriptions, we simply do not have the means to help you in any way other than giving you directions on how to cancel your subscription. I would like to mention that our refund policy can be found in our terms of use. Sign up error is given by app that user is banned. Tried from mutilple mobile phone. Still the same. On some phone playstore app cannot be downloaded its gives error that app is not aviable in your country but its downloading in the same country on other phone.

Too bad, we can't put less. Block after even no less than 24 hours for suspicion of being fake, then delete. The support does not tell me anything more than "This decision cannot be changed"

I've had nothing bad to say about Hily until now. Today i received a pop-up promotion to try premium for 3 days free, then i would be charged weekly. I hit ok and found out about 10 minutes later that i was immediately charged. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me that I've used a free trial in the past, so that's why i was charged, and that i need to take the matter up with the App Store. If i have done a free trial in the past and i am no longer eligible then I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING OFFERS FOR A FREE TRIAL. Tell me how that is not a scam? The rep said i must have reactivated a previous account. No, i got offered a free 3 day trial, i accepted, i was charged. Screenshot below clearly states that it is 3 days FREE. I would like a refund.

I’m sorry that our app has caused this confusion for you, but I would like to clarify that to start a chat, you need to match with a person using Finder: you go to Finder, swipe right if you like the person, swipe left if you don't; if the person likes you as well, you will see a Match screen and will be able to text a person using the input field. This is absolutely free and does not require any subscription or purchase at all. However, if you don't want to wait for a match, you can also use Chat Requests and message any person immediately from Finder: you can get those if you get our premium subscription Hily Premium or you can win them by spinning the Carousel, which appears on your screen once per day.
