I enjoyed using this app for the most part. I came across a fake profile and when I reported it it got deleted immediately. The live stream option is fun and rare for dating apps, so I think you should give it a try if you're looking for something different.
Hello sir/madam, I wanted to share my feelings about the app. I think there nearly no feature in free mode and the first thing appears in the screen after starting the app is your premium package. I think it is a bad first impression. It would be better if you first make an app tour like a guide and then make user use some features then come up with premium package. Also I didn't like the "go live" icon. I think it should be a specific icon at the bottom not an button in the down middle of the screen. Thanks for your attention.

I was amazed by the number of question I got asked and in some cases, how amateur the flow looks like, like why do you ask me for my gender if I just approved to provide it from facebook? Or in some cases, I could see a picture, but couldn't see the actual title of the answer - the guessing game made the process really long!
While we're at it, how come by the end of the process, I don't get any explanation about the user interface and how to proceed? I found it odd for example to be required to set a distance but not set a location first... does 150 KM from anywhere in the world sounds valuable information?
And final point - I really lost trust in the app, once I've been poped up to set a paid trial, and after ignoring it, within a few minutes, I got an option for a free 3 days trial. Please make up your mind - is it important to have me pay first and then see potential matches, or first experience the app and then have it?

I would like to clarify that you do not need to set your location, because it is done automatically through your phone’s location services. Additionally, generally the app offers you the free trial first, and once you have used it already, then you are offered a subscription. Since you had some issues with the registration process, it is possible that the app was not installed correctly, and reinstalling would have potentially solved some of the issues you faced in the app.
The app is good. It's easier to find the person that you would like to interact with you just need to swipe it down. On the other hand you need to upgrade to premium because it has a limit and you need to pay for it.

To say the dating app market is oversaturated is an understatement. Hily is a gem and should get more appreciation than it already has. There was a time when I had an issue with my location being displayed incorrectly, but the support team helped me with my problem very promptly. Very personal, and very nice to use. Loving it!

I have experienced some major fake profiles on Hily. The available picture of the profile along with the available detail was telling a story which would not match if you chat with the person. It was discovered that the provided bio detail and profile picture is not original. You might end dating fake person.
For me the originality of the members is now questionable.

Fake sooo Fake. As I swiping I lost count of how many runway model, swimsuit wearing, Hollywoodish gorgeous women there are... the site should be pulled down. You get automatic responses to. You get a response back once or twice generic in nature. I had this girl message me that was a GODDESS! COME ON! I am not a stud! Lol Then nothing... talk about taking your money and running.

Overall the app seems decent to me, it's probably great if you're premium, but as a free user it's just not worth it.
Besides having problems both with geolocation, such as not being able to verify my phone number and several crashes and some lag in certain areas such as Live and when trying to upload a new photo to your profile. What got me out of the experience is that, as a free user you can hardly do anything, it's a bit irritating, and if you're still going to swallow the ads with so many limitations, at least have the option to view ads for the purpose of getting reversions or even some visualization of who gave you like. It's not worth using it for free when you have so many other free options.

Some girl I matched with had an account with pictures of her with tattoos and had her age set to 27... started texting me and said she was 17? Idk if this girl was just crazy or if Chris Hanson working through hily now but had to ghost her. Would not recommend do not trust this app. Underage girls (or cops) be bugging. Save the children and tell them to GTFO these dating sites so I can find someone my age... I'm afraid to talk to people on tinder or Facebook at this point.

This is a fraudulent, garbage app. I have been trying to be reimbursed after being charged $20/week even though I unsubscribed and they have been sending me on a wild goose chase. They are ignorant, rude and plain cruel. I am absolutely disgusted.

The app needs More free Features if this wants to stand a chance against other existing Dating Apps, Availability for other Countries, and limited notifications. You can't really do anything if you do not pay the premium because the ads are very annoying!

The app had alot of potential in its early stages but it all went south. The location filters dont seem to work and the same profiles keep coming up miles away. The app is also contaminated by fake profiles. Lastly, The popups are very repetitive making the experience unpleasant.

I'm not the best at starting conversations, so I like the automated message options a lot. I also get to know a lot about a user before I even talk to them from the character traits they picked, so I like that I can always find a way to use one of those to say something nice to them

The app has lost its rating overtime. It went from being a decent 4 star app to only 1 star app. It malfunctions a lot and also crashes from time to time and also all the features and filters are not as efficient as they ones use to be. Really don't like how the app really has turned out now.

I have been using HILY.com for a year. It was a fun app at first. Picking out contacts i thought i would vibe with. We even matched a few times. Somehow no conversations came about. I figure I'll keep trying and still no actuall conversations.
Now I have come to a point where I no longer have people to match with. The HILY solution is to change my criteria. So, now I'm 57 and HILY thinks I should date 18, 19, 20 year old girl's. Great ego boost for me but I'm a creep to the girls. My other option according to HILY is to look further away. I'm looking 1.5 hours away to start because I am right between two big cities. I'm ok wìth that distance as a max. How much further should I have to look? Let's ask HILY... further. BS further my a.
What is the problem. We start out with a stack of possible matches. You click yes and you have a chance to match. Say no and that person vanishes into the ether never to be seen again. It is either like everyone, only be a little picky or be picky. You only get one go. I can see only one go at a match. What about the two people that have never tried to match. Anyway.
You are at the bottom of your stack with nothing left to do but stare at the screen hoping a new user joines so you can be less picky. Of course, you can always look 2 hours or 4 or 6 or 10 hours away. That is the HILY way.
