I generally enjoyed my stay there. They were very clean unlike a previous hotel I went to that had roaches everywhere. The staff were very knowledgeable and actually WEREN'T RUDE like most customer service workers I've came across. The hotel I booked in (Jfk New York) had free shuttle service which is a must for me.
I visited both Hilton Mekkah and Hilton garden in Istanbul.
Hilton Mekkah needs to be rebuilt, it's too old to keep its 5* but the service was nice.
I had a wonderful night at the Hilton garden in Istanbul, the 4* are well deserved there.
I was on the Hilton official site. I booked a room for 4 nights and put in on my AMEX card. I got a confirmation that showed an additional $353 for a service fee. Not shown to me when I booked my rooom.
I called to cancel and get my money back and they refused. Said it was a no refund reservation. I called AMEX and they said that they will start a complaint for me. The rep said he could see that there was another similiar complain too. What they did was put my reservation thru a site called Get a Room. So be careful out there. I don't not get scammed. This was only my first or second time in many years. I thought that I was on a reputable company's site. I guess you can trust anyone anymore.!
Beautiful hotel with excellent views over Windhoek.
Only 2 active reception counters. Check-in to rooms are 3pm, some of the guests rooms was only ready by 4pm. The card sistem for the doors was not working. Staff run up and down to solve the problem. Service at the restaurant and sky bar is poor. The light meals are totally over priced. The food was not too bad. At the Wellness Centre, the service was good, the staff was friendly and on time. The best service we received was at the parking lobby.
I love Hampton inn in Milwaukee off of highway 41 they are the best customer service and all rooms are always clean and neat breakfast is awesome
I know I'll be in good hands if I'm at a Hilton. It's usually one of the first I look for on business trips and you get free wifi if you join their free loyalty program.
Whenever I travel I make sure to pick a Hilton hotel. The beds are amazing and I could sleep in them for days! Literally hate checking out and heading back to my own place.
I was told that my stay on 10/29/22 would be a certain price and when I left the hotel and checked my credit card the next day, I found out that they overcharged my credit card by $40.00 and when I confronted them they basically called me everything but a liar and would not refund me the difference. Resolution for Embassy and Hilton Honors (and I'm a diamond member) was to simply apologize for the inconvenience and write numerous response e-mails telling me their was no evidence to support my allogations. It's my word against the employee who took my reservation... I guarantee I wouldn't be arguring about $40.00 or writing 5 e-mails argueing about this if a principle wasn't involved...
Extremely rude Hotel Operations. Lost my credit card, then accused me of refusing to pay. Tried to resolve by phone and would not speak with me. Beware and do not stay here!
Tru Hilton in Oklahoma City was the best hotel I have stay at in a long time, The room was clean fresh smelling, The bed as super comfty, and very quiet, friendly staff, I will stay there again if I visit again. The breasfast was ok, the coffee was reallly good... If you do go to OK, go see the Memorial, it 's a very humbling experience, the other sights were wonderful too.
I have stayed at Hiltons several times over the past couple of years and found the hotels no better than average or below for their class. Westin, Marriott, Intercontinental were all superior.
I forgot my user name I was not able to find the link for forgetting username. On the website After talking with customer service They do not have a clue I will never go back to Hilton
We stayed in Hilton Molino Stucky Venice for 2 nights and I can tell you that hotel is awful! The room was small and very hot plus it was smelling like mold when I asked about that issue the front desk they promised to help but did nothing. Breakfast was 30$ per person and it wasn't fresh at all and full of greesy food. The front desk receptionist Alessia was RUDE and unfriendly. When during the check out I had an issue with the payment I met Federico who was I believe guest relations manager and he was RUDE and ARROGANT! Didn't help a bit to resolve the issue and made us feel like beggars. Horrible experience! Don't go there it's super expensive for what it is, and you will be made feeling terrible!
Hampton Inn, Patriot's Point in Mt. Pleasant, Charleston S.C. List FREE INTERNET as one of the amenities on their web page. Please see the screenshot of the hotel reservation page in which they list FREE WI-FI under conveniences.
I stayed from 11/23-26/2023. When I checked out on 11/26/203, a fee of $4.95 for Premium Internet Access Wi-Fi was added to the bill. I consider this to be FALSE ADVERTISING, and Bait and Switch.
In addition, there was a JUNK FEE, called destination fee, of $1.82 per night.
In the original quote for the price of the room, only state & local TAX was listed in the room price quote. What is a destination fee? Am I being charged for coming to Charleston? This is a manufactured fee. Hotels should be required to advertise the total cost of the room at the time the reservation is made and stop shaking down the customer after they arrive.
In addition, when I went to the page where my reservation was saved on Hampton Inn Website, it was gone. They eliminate your original reservation with the original charges.
Not only does Hampton Inn add on JUNK FEES, they have reduced the quality of the service they offer. You can no longer find tea bags in the room, only coffee. You have to get dressed and go downstairs in the morning to get tea. In addition, they use to set out cookies in the lobby in the afternoon, GONE, no longer offering that. Dealing with hotels feels like going to a used car lot, knowing you will be sold a lemon. I am fed up with this type of pilfering from corporate businesses. The government needs to STOP THIS SHAKE DOWN of consumers. I am through with Hampton INN.
I am filing a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection/Federal Trade Commission
Hilton Hotels usually have a good reputation. Hilton has lots of different brands with a wide range of pricing and services. Become a Hilton Member to earn points.
Hampton Inn Dallas-Rockwall. Checked in 9/29/23. Had a prepaid reservation for 2 nights, but internet was down when I arrived. Front desk had a printed list, but no room number assigned, so she assigned me one. I return from my evening plans and go to bed. Someone knocks at the door at 11pm and wakes me up. It takes me a while to wake up and get up. In the meantime, the door is opened and someone tries to come in! I start yelling and firing questions. He says he's the manager, but offers no name or identification. I'm still yelling. He says he has no record of my reservation and demands my ID and credit card. He leaves, then returns those to me in just a minute, and I immediately get a notification that my CC has been charged again by this hotel. He never tried to straighten out the problem, never apologized, just charged my credit card again. What kind of scam is this general manager running in this hotel? Frightening old ladies late at night by breaking into their hotel rooms that we assume is a safe place to stay? I quit shaking, got dressed, and went down to the front desk to get to the bottom of this. Kaveen Patel, GM, was nowhere around, but the lady manning the front desk was very helpful and tracked down the multiple errors that resulted in my nightmare situation. I had been assigned a different room on the reservation in my name, and a different last name on the room I was in. Not a wink of sleep the rest of the night. Went to lobby for coffee at 6 AM. The whole front of the hotel was lined with 18 wheeler trucks.
Then the man ahead of me getting coffee looks like he's been beat to pulp! Scary sight at 6 am. I'm confused! Has this place turned into a truck stop? I sure don't feel safe as a senior lady traveling alone in this environment. I thought a Hilton hotel would be safe. This place has a General Manager that feels he can just walk into your room in the middle of the night, and worse-for-wear truckers that are pushing you out of the way of the coffee in the lobby. I need an apology from the GM, and some sort of compensation for the nightmare I was forced to experience. Neither of which was provided at this hotel.
Unless something is perfect, immaculate and beyond expectations should it receive 5 stars. Stayed at varrious hiltons threw the years ill admit they were really nice. However, id be expecting a bit more from a 4star hotel where ive stayed at red lion inn's and marriot resorts which were claimed to be only 3 stars but felt far suprior in courtsy services. Ntm, if your in a 4 star hotel there should be something such as wifi. Where one there was a starbucks in the lobby, but it closed at 8pm thus so did the wifi would not work for non-tenets where i had to checkin and pay a night just to manage a business transaction int he past due to my cell not having service outside the Seattle or Houston areas.
I stayed at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Paragould,AR. The service desk lady, Dianne, was friendly and super helpful. The room was perfect and I had a great stay!
My wedding was 5/7/16 at the Christiana Hilton in Newark, DE. I wouldn't have changed a thing. The Sales Manager Leah Markiewicz was an absolute gem. She was very pleasant, extremely accomodating and exceptionally thorough. I'm so glad we selected Christiana Hilton as it made life so much easier. I had a "Day of Coordinator", but really didn't need her. Alfredo (Butler) not only acted as a Butler (Head Chef), but he was a coordinator ensuring my special day was very special. He even directed during the rehearsal dinner making sure the wedding party knew where to go and stand during the ceremony. He made sure I didn't need for anything and together, he and Leah met all our needs plus more! All of my wedding guests commented on how nice the staff was and mentioned the beautiful decor of the wedding and reception area. I didn't need any directions, as the Hilton Courtyard and big reception room is already perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything more. My new husband and I are loyal customers and have mentioned it to everyone. Thank you Hilton, and a very special thank you to Leah and Alfredo!
I would say they have very professional staff available. Food quality was good. Its not 5th generation hotel but its best at their category.
Answer: Yes in Italy compare to the USA it's much worth. And the stuff is always RUDE and unfriendly
