I've used Hifigo on a number of occasions. I've been happy with the service every time. Prices are good, there's a great range of products and delivery to the UK is quick and hassle free. I applaud that they have a free post option with duties paid, taking the worry out of buying an imported product.

Will now be my forever go-to supplier of anything audiophile. Superb all round service. Great website. Easy ordering. Every device you'd want in stock. Trustworthy and super quick delivery. Delivery time to UK estimated at 7 to 10 days but every item ordered has arrived in under a week. My DAP failed within 3 months of purchase. Contacted customer support and received helpful and efficient responses within a few minutes. Returned DAP as per comprehensive instructions and received DAP back 3 weeks later fully repaired. UK to China, repaired and back in my hands in 3 weeks. Incredible!

I live in Australia. I have purchased several items from HiFiGo and orders have always been dispatched quickly and arrived without any issues. A great online store to buy audio gear I can't purchase locally in my country.

I have ordered at least 6 times in the last 6 months. All my orders were received within a space of 1 week. I had to return an IEM due to one earphone being intermittent. However return was streighforward and service great. I can recommend them highly enough. They also give loyalty points so you get discount on your next order. Keep up the good work.

No one ever has been able to find the package lost in transit in third county (think that no one even tried and i'm a buyer every 5-7 days for the last 6 years+!). But Hifigo CS has done it in a day. I'm impressed how the solved the problem. And have no words for the way these people comunicate with his costumer, respond is quick, each costumer is "valuable costumer", no matter how much you spend. The are very kind and humble, some of my friends can learn from these nice people!

Second time buyer and really happy with service overall, my Shanling M8 took only 6 days to Spain which is a real record breaker. Besides, no customs fees nor taxes to pay, so I'm a happy bird and surely will buy again from this shop, I cannot recommend it enough as prices sometimes are hundreds of euros cheaper than other online stores in Europe. I bought the Fiio M11 Pro Stainless Steel Limited Edition high-resolution audio player from Hifigo and they entertained all my customization requests extremely cordially and shipped it much faster than imaginable. I received it within a week even during the pandemic times, and this is a testament to how amazing their service is. Nor only that, their communication was so nice and polite that I feel like I have made some new friends. I would go so far as to say that I would buy from them even if something is available locally because of their cordial nature, amazing customer service, super fast shipping and the courtesy to stand behind their customers. Bought a Fiio BTR 5 from them because Amazon was out of stock. Let's just say there were some shipping issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After it was assumed that the first one was "Lost in Translation" they shipped me a second one which arrived in an appropriate amount of time. Of course, 2 days after the second arrived the first one showed up. During this ordeal, the customer service team was very diligent in responding to my inquiries quickly. I eventually bought the second unit that they offered at a discount for my troubles which I will probably sell to one of my coworkers.

I ordered for France, my country, three products in two orders just before the containment due to the coronavirus fell. Despite all the problems caused by this phenomenon, I received these products in quite exceptional times in terms of events.
The HIFIGO online sales site is a very serious site, the products offered - not found in our regions if not sometimes at relatively higher prices - are of high quality and the prices are completely reasonable for what I ordered, which makes it an ideal partner. In addition, the after-sales service responds quickly.
It should be noted that the Chinese and French postal services have done a remarkable job.

Bought a SMSL SU-9 DAC and am very happy with it, great quality device. Had a small issue, caused by overlooking something in the manual. Sent them an email and got a fast response with a solution.

Shipping was also great, fast for the holiday season and no additional taxes/custom fees as promised on their website:)
