I bought a Dac Smsl Su 9 from HIFIGO.
If he arrived in 2 weeks, I living in Romania, all customs duties being paid, the consultants from Hifigo, showing professionalism and understanding, although I bothered them all the time.

Smsl su 9 is a best buy, with a refined sound, a well-defined 3d scene. Quick short bass, warm mediums, and highs... a very refined delicacy.
This has been my greatest shopping experience from China so far. My new DAC arrived in a week (!) to EU with free shipping, nicely packed, couldn't be more happy about it. But then even nicer thing happened, I requested a custom adapter and a very kind guy named Dandan form HiFiGo made it happen, even with a discount:)
That's what I call an impeccable customer service!
HifFiGO were quick to respond to my query (within minutes) and helped me with the result I was hoping for. It's not often that a company will treat you fairly in certain situations but HifFiGO treated me with a high level of respect and understanding to my issue! They defininately care about their customers, I can't thank them enough!
5 stars rating to HiFiGo they shiped the device quick and communication with them over email was straight forward (I was getting worry at one point with the shipment due to the current situation but their feedback calmed me down). The product arrived in good conditons (shipped with GLS in Romania), the packaging was ok and the product was sealed. I'm happy with their service.

With "Option 2. Priority shipping with all tax & duty paid" I don't need to worry about additional costs.

I was very happy with the customer service. I was initially sent the wrong item(DC01 instead of DC02) but when I brought it to their attention they were more than willing to send either a refund, or re-send the part I ordered. They emailed back everyday, and are sending me a great 2.5mm adapter for my headphone cable free of charge. Beyond happy with hifigo service. I would certainly order from them again.

I first heard of HiFiGo through a few famous reviewers. I made my first purchase of Shozy 1.1 and I was tended by Dandan promptly on my purchase The Shozy was delivered to me in Singapore within 6 days. When asked about an out of stock SMSL SA300 listed on their website, Dandan promptly said that he could still make that product available. He answered many of my queries professionally. 2 days ago I made my next order which Dandan promised to make it available.

I love that they accept ApplePay because for me it's the fastest an easiest way to make any purchase... no accounts or guest checkouts... but I accidentally ordered twice. I tried to cancel the first ApplePay to change the card I was using. Thought I had doe it in time and ordered again... they promptly emailed me to check if I really meant to order two SMSL M500 DACs. I replied I only wanted to buy one and they took care of it right away and my SMSL M500 DAC is on it's way to me already. It's April 10 and you can't get an M500 from Amazon until June. Good company. Smart people who immediately caught and fixed my mistake before it became a problem for all of us!

I have purchased a Cayin E02 DAC board from HifiGo, with the Priority shipping service. The parcel took 16 days to arrive, the tracking info seemed to be stuck so I wrote to the customer service, they assured me that the parcel would arrive and that in any case they would follow the tracking of my parcel. Few days after I got my purchase! Very well packed. I am completely satisfied with them.

I bought 3 pairs of Schleining MTW 100 earbuds here. The earbuds are super nice. The communication with the business was exemplary. First I changed the order and everything went smoothly. I ordered two Topping products from HiFiGo (E30 and P50). They only had the E30 in stock, so after a quick back and forth between myself and Kangyi (the rep), we agreed to ship to the E30 and then the P50 once it arrived back in stock. E30 arrived without a hitch, and the P50 is now on the way. I was surprised at how quick they responded to my questions and am very very pleased with the customer service. This is the first time I've purchased directly from China and other than the wait time for shipping, the customer service has been outstanding.
I usually don't bother on writing reviews but I have to for HifFiGO. Their support team always responded to my emails about the product I wanted to order, which I eventually order. They always responded on my follow up questions with a status of delivery (getting stuck at home during the COVID-19 made more impatient). They delivered. Price was good, in comparison to what was out there. The product rocks too (FiiO BTR5).
