Auction cancelled 3 of my winning bids, because they did not feel an item went for enough? Very disappointed. And their exact reply to me, when I asked if they even felt bad about it, "Absolutely not. We do it every week." WOW. I know it's only one seller, but you have to watch out for the bad ones.

It is fascinating to see that folks like to sneak in bids in the last few seconds. It is also interesting to see that these same folks like to pay an exorbitant amount of money for some items that could not be resold for half the price. Oh well, this is not the only site that this occurs on; and it is your money. Can't take it with you.

We liked all the pictures and clear descriptions of the the difference lots we bid on. The app does a great job of keeping you up to date, even during the closing bids.
The only negative input we have was not knowing the exact pickup location and having our invoice until 9am in the morning, which was only 3 hours before we could go and pick up our items.

Mostly had good experience with winning auctions and receiving products as expected. I was scammed, robbed, by one auctioneer and when I contacted HiBid twice to explain the situation they never responded. It seems like they don't have a problem allowing scammers to sell on their site and never deliver any merchandise.
I need to add new information about my review. After messaging with the seller and HiBid at least 30 -40 times over a 6 -7-month ordeal I did finally get my merchandise.
