It was so easy to bid and watch as it closed out each item.

I had no issues bidding and it was extremely easy!
I like this... I'll be making more bids in the future... this is a way of securing my futur and kids when I have some... I've been in the collecting business for many years so I know what to look for and what I need to be looking for... I would say not all real collectors are free as much as I m so many don't have the time to look at all this... I'm sure there are different ways of getting in auctions but I'm not rich and this is a pretty simple way of bidding on items without having to be there...
I was simply amazed at the relative ease of the whole Bidding process from start to finish.
I was watching items for a couple of days. I got home, logged in, and registered as the auction was closing. I bid on 3 items, the first two were not accepted. I emailed, and the response was, "You didn't register until 6:18. If you read the auction, items started closing at 6:00 pm. I accepted you as soon as I saw the registration."
Not blaming anyone, but was really looking forward to the two items my bid was not accepted on.
Only had good experiences. Would recommend to all who like shopping.

It was very fun and addicting to bid on items. However, I made several mistakes. Be sure to read the descriptions carefully. The wording is important. If it says the box is damaged and the product is new that is fine, but if it says the product may have blemishes, be sure to expect just that. A set of glasses specifically said a set of 7 and I missed that, upon picking the package up, the box was for 8. Basically they sold a set of 7 because one had broken. One of my items was missing the charging cord. The Air Cooler my bid won, was molded inside and significantly scratched up. It definitely had been used for some time then placed back into the box to be sold (it is worthless). I will be much more careful in the next auction.

Bid on state surplus and easy to increase bid when needed or to let the item go. Also love the watch and note feature of app. Only issue was trying to find how I could go in and reduce my maximum amount to bid.

I am not very experienced with internet auctions. Their info of please read before bidding is very informative and easy to understand. I do like that you can see several sites under one roof.

Bidding is easy. I would like some dimensions of items like furniture to know if I have the ability to pick it up and I have noticed that sometimes there isn't a time listed for pick up. Sometimes I have several auctions going at the same time in different areas and I need to know if I will be able to pick them up or not before I start bidding.

I had no issues if I used my laptop or desktop but the app on my phone always kept crashing and I would have to start searching again. A bit annoying.
It was easy to follow and I like that they restart the clock after each bid to allow for another bid. Great experience.

I am able to find estate sales and auctions close to my home. Some dealers are better at marketing and informing the customers via pictures and notes regarding items for sale, but all seem to be clear about instructions. Bidding is easy. Watching your bids is easy. I know how to search for specific categories I am interested in. My only problem is that auctions are addictive, lol!
