Hi I won a bid on 5/18 #956 W
On the site it says price realized not open? I've emailed Antique finder services Inc 2 times and several days apart. I didn't receive any feedback. Can I cancel the order? I'm new to this and have won many bids other places that I sent a message to responded right away. If I overlooked anything I apologize. Thanks Nancy

I bought a lot of dolls and it was super easy despite having a different ship address than payment address as I live in Canada but get all my stuff sent to my place in the US. Easy peasy could not be happier! Thank you

I have been bidding with Hibid for quite some time now and always had very positive experiences. Last night. I was biding on an item # 9, going back and forth with another bidder. I placed my final bid and was outbid by someone. The next thing I knew I got a message saying I won the item # 10 in the auction. I didn't even have this item on my watch list. I would really like to hear from someone at Hibid to correct this because I don't want this item. I called and left a voice message on your line so I hope someone will give me a call on Tuesday to resolve this matter.

Lost opportunity

Despite my slow internet HiBiD is the least responsive platform of any I have used
I missed increasing a bid because of a delay in "Pending" I purchase frequently through online auction sales without issue but one auction house gave me a neg review after I disputed a double charge for shipping after a request for both small items to be shipped together in one box I have no recourse to give them an equally poor review but it affects any bidding I do through HiBid

First Timer

First time on-line bidding (and winning). Overall a pretty good experience although I had difficulty finding auctions with the particular item I'm interested in and did not find an explanation of how to make arrangements for shipping. Would appreciate a "global" search over all action sites. (If it exists and I just haven't found it - please disregard.). I will be using this platform in the future.

It was easy to follow on the website and it told you what you needed to know and excellent pictures. The only downfall was I didn't get an email when I was out bided. I had to keep checking the website. Other than that it was great.

Great auction experience

The items listed had detailed descriptions and the bidding process was very easy to navigate. I will definately be using this service in the future. After the auction ended I was sent an invoice with pickup and shipping options. Everything went very smoothly.

Miss understood

At the pick up in South Gate. The people there are really good. They know there work. But on the site now that's a different story. There's no real direction
I've been trying to find the items that I won. So I will know how much more I can bid. I don't want to over bid my dollar amount. But all I get is confusion. There's
Some boxes in color that tell what you've bid. And what you have been out bid on

As a first time user, I enjoyed the experience and found the site relatively easy to use. The only drawback I found was not knowing what an item sold for once it closed, especially an item I was bidding on, but did not win. Perhaps I just didn't know where to look.

Global Auctions - great experience bidding and picking up items. All items were as described and worked well. First time online auction

This was my first online auction experience. Since the instructions were easy to follow it went well. The soft closing was the only thing with which I had an issue. One of the items on which I had bid had its time extended about 10 minutes past its originally scheduled time of closing and it had a blinking strip that said "live bid" which I didn't understand and was fearful that I was going to be outbid on the item.
