Usually I have a great experience with items from the auctions, but this time I was given the wrong item. I won two baby gates that were of different brands, but they gave me two of the same brand. I wouldn't have noticed or cared, except that the wrong item was missing parts. Luckily we have a 3D printer so we are able to make it work.

I got little to no direction on what to do once I won a couple of items. No invoice or receipt of charges and what to do next. Also difficult to find items I have won on my profile. The green dots/numbers are not user intuitive.

I bid $10 pre bid in an item & was outbid? Sold for $10 to someone else even though I had a high bid of $10. Doesn't make sense pre bid should always win over new bids.

Attempted multiple times to update credit card for payment. Tried 3 different cards that are known to be valid using correct entry of data.
Messages were incorrect stating card was invalid.
Spent several hours trying to register for this auction.

The only draw back was when it got down to under a minute, and someone else outbid me, it was hard to keep tabs if I wanted to view the next lots selling and go back to the one I was trying to get.

Empty box with no refund or help

I received an empty box from wise auction 212 winding ridge rd Everett, PA *******. I received the package and when I opened it I go to find every individual item in the box has had the most important contents removed and was left with the non important items. I bought a brick. When I went about reaching them for help they ignored my calls then proceeded to text me the no refund policy instead of calling me back. They basically told me to F off. No help whatsoever. First bid/purchase and I got robbed for my money. Beware if you get sold a brick ur left on your own. Definitely do not purchase anything from wise auctions. Don't spend too much money on here unless you are willing to lose it all with no reimbursement.

Selecting items to watch and/or for bidding is very easy to understand and accomplished with just a few clicks. Soft closing allows one to respond to last second competing bids and improves the outcome for the seller and the buyer.
