Issues with credit card

While registering, I was not able to add my credit card information using my I-Phone. I then went to a laptop computer and was able to enter the credit card info…
I won 2 of the bids, but after the auction I was notified that my credit card information did not work and said to call a phone # and arrange another payment method.
There is not an issue with my credit card as I used it for other purchases that same day and since. The bank did not reject the purchase as they would check with me before doing that… so still not sure what the issue is.

Several times while trying to bid it said network error, my sister and dad had the same issues and both go through different internet providers.
I'm also very confused about what I'm supposed to be picking up tomorrow, everything says you MAY have won so I'm not sure how big of a vehicle I need to bring.

Over all.I've been very pleased, but lately I've noticed.Some auction companies are getting sloppy with product descriptions.And they're not exactly what they've been described.They would say it's one brand and when you get there.It's a different brand thankfully.The auction house made good and refunded but I hate auction credit

Wasted few hours

After I wasted a few hours watching, waiting and bidding I seemed that I won a few items.However when I contacted the auctioneer about pick up, I received an email saying that actually it was a glitch on HiBid and the auction was postponed blabla bla!
So I wasted my time and didn't won anything, total garbage!

Fake autographed items

The entire lot was fake autographs and listed a real authentic autographs absolutely disgusting and needs to be taken seriously because people are paying hard earned money just to be ripped off by there scam artist

HiBid attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

"Auctioneer approval"

I was trying to place a bid for $1100 and it popped up a message starting it required auctioneer approval. As the auction was ending soon this was alarming! I ended up losing the auction because I didn't know what to do. If you're going to hold a bid, you should provide details on why, what the hold is, and how long it will take.
