Hibid doesn't care if you get ripped off by an auction company. They won't even respond to complaints. I've been ripped off on shipping charges multiple times. $138 to ship a $10 purchase. It should not have been over $40 tops. I am still waiting on one auction company to ship an item I paid for two weeks ago. They respond that it takes them 2 to 4 weeks to ship items. Ridiculous! If Hibid doesn't care about their users, only about their fees.

Would be better if not required to register - since HIBid already has the credit card info why must you register for each different sale.

The only suggestion I have would be the ability to look up items by lot number. Also thr search function only brings up exact words.

Mostly everything is easy, but when I put a note on an item the note doesn't show up until I click the little pencil again. I would like to see my note without clicking on the pencil

Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
