I believe faithfully in the therapy of purchases, and this is the place where I always come to satisfy my guilty pleasure. There are many styles and designs is like entering several stores in one. It does not bother me to have to wait for my order to arrive, the only annoying thing is that sometimes it takes time to process the order, which adds extra days to the shipping time, but it's not something that bothers me much.
I want to tell people that they have the opportunity to read me, that I had an excellent experience buying at rikkishop and I want to thank the store for the package well packed and on time that I arrive at my house.

Attempted to cancel order 5 mins after purchase, company says cant find order. Went on back and forth for 3 weeks, can't find order. Products arrived, very poor quality, does not look like pictures, sizing and shape just not right. Never seen clothes like this before.? Made in someone's garage in 5 mins with no pattern.

After waiting almost 2 months to get my order I received 2 of the items I ordered and they are so disappointing. There was no invoice and after the poor details on shipping from CHINA I'm quite certain returning them according to their instructions will be an effort in futility. I'll probably donate them as I'd be embarrassed to give them to someone I know. The fabric quality is incredibly poor. The sizing for a medium is more like an extra small. The shirt is extremely long and was shown as a gauze type material... it is very thin cotton blend? The linen pants are also a very thin material... maybe a blend? If I could cancel the rest of my order I would. According to their return policy you'll most likely be denied. Dont order from the people!
Not only could I not have been more dissatisfied with the quality of the fabric of all three pieces I ordered, but the pants were obviously mislabeled for sizing. To date, I have been unable to get any information from their service department to facilitate a return.
This place is wonderful for plus size women. Their clothing selection is amazing. I'm so glad I don't have to travel to Greensboro any more to shop here!
I have never had a bad experience at this store. Even though a lot of Torrid's clothes aren't my style, any time I go in there with something specific in mind, their sales associates are able to help me find what I need.
The women who work here are lovely, and the clothes are different and more modern than you typically find in sizes 12-28. I even found some clothes made in the USA, which makes me super happy. A great find.
