The wait time was unreasonable. My order was placed in August, one received in August, another in November, and one was never received. I couldn't try on and compare the different bras. I found a light colored 28 inch length half slip, which my seamstress told me would be a good length for a skirt she hemmed for me.
This order has taken so long but I stayed with it. I was so disappointed because the picture of the bra is not like the bra(s) I received. The picture has no center seam in the cup nut the actual bra has a center seam going across the cup and shows under a sweater. I wear loose fitting clothing too. Your service was great and I appreciate your help in finding a size 40AA bra.

I purchased a top from HerRoom on Monday and Today Wednesday the top is 20% off.
I contacted customer service and was informed that they cant do anything for me? The item has been sent to an international center to be prepared for shipping.
This is bad customer service. In less than 48 hrs the item is on sale. They should credit the difference.

Nice online store. I ordered myself underwear and pajamas. I was worried about the break, but in the end everything worked out.
Although i have made several purchases from this site 2 of the last 3 bras did not fit well. I tried to set up an online return which i could not do. I phoned on the 30th day after receipt and was told their 30 day return policy was from the shipping date. I am not clairvoyant and my crystal ball is cloudy! How am i supposed to know when they shipped? A week later and i am still awaiting a call from the company. Be WARY.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
