For some reason I did not receive a confirmation of my purchase so when my order did not not arrive, it was a pain to try to track it down. I contacted HerRoom and they were very good about finding my order and communicating with me.
Quality of merchandise was good. Purchased on sale it still wasn't cheap. One suit was too big, and it's sitting in my closet with the tags still on because the site says no return on sales merchandise. This is one of the problems with shopping on line and I won't do it again.
The on line ordering was very easy. The selection was great too! Most of the prices of the bras were very reasonable and some even on sale. The order came very quick too! I would definitely shop with them again.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
