I love the bras I received! They were delivered promptly. Service was excellent.
I ordered merchandise on January 17. As of March 1 I have received nothing. I was sent a confirmation that the package was shipped but no receipt of package by the USPS. Sitejabber sent me an email to "follow up" on order. The only option available to click was order received. The option to report that nothing was received did not generate a response or link to follow to report

Order placed end of November, 2021. One item I ordered was canceled by HerRoom one month later because it was no longer available, and I wasn't charged. The other two items in my order took several months to receive--with updates occasionally as to when I might receive each, due to backorder, etc. It took close to 3 months to receive my completed order but I wanted the items and think they were worth waiting for.
Easy to order but would like to see bigger sizes. The bras I ordered run small and didn't fit me. I gave them to my daughter who's a little smaller than me. They fit her good and she really likes them.

I had purchased the same bra in black several months ago and liked it so much I decided to get the cream colored one. I was somewhat disappointed when I received it because the picture showed the back with three hooks and the material was wider as it was on my black one. When the cream colored one arrived, it had narrower material across the back and therefore only 2 hooks. I decided to keep it but it just isn't as comfortable as my black one.
I've ordered before and will again.The products are nice and fit me well as a senior citizen.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
